Today was terrible Filthy toilet no toilet paper staff out of order Nothing seems to be working as it should I waited over an hour for my food they ruined my date night Me and my boyfriend came from another city to get some food and visit cinema .. because of this place our night was ruined Also when we complained after an hour wait that it's already 10 minutes past our seans time we got no real apology and been told that "it's only gonna be another five minutes and they can serve the food " .. We shouldn't have paid for that food at all the entire situation was ridiculous it took them half hour just to serve lemonade The food is plain and tasteless and expensive as paying 50 zloty for one person curry ONLY is a lot and at this service .. I have no words In the end the only solution they offered was selling it as a take away No discount no sorry deals and we didn't even receive the sweet desert ball they give to everyone with the bill Staff and organization is terrible I will definitely NEVER go back to that place my boyfriend went out of his way to prepresent our entire evening And they have completely messed it up Making excuses that the "food is freshly made" when people that came half hour after us received their food before our was even made ! Hey ho they got that foreign privilege. .

Nie polecam tego miejsca pomimo całkiem przyzwoitego jedzenia. Niestety jedzenie to nie wszystko. Klient jednak traktowany jest jak zło konieczne. Podejście skandaliczne. Pan właściciel potrafi powiedzieć klientowi, który zapłacił pełną kwotę podaną przez restaurację za rezerwację, że to był klient kłopotliwy, ponieważ restauracja nic na nim nie zarobiła (!). Pan wylicza ile wydał na obsługę (w otwartej w tym czasie dla innych klientów restauracji) i dekoracje (kwiatki w wazonikach na stolikach i serwetki papierowe) i obciąża odpowiedzialnością za swoje rzekome straty finansowe klienta, który zapłacił za mało jego zdaniem. Nie wiem, czy do kwoty podanej w propozycji wysłanej przez menadżera restauracji oraz wyświetlonej na terminalu podczas płatności kartą należy we wlasnym zakresie doliczyć jakąś dodatkową tajną kwotę aby nie zostać określonym mianem klienta trudnego i przynoszącego straty? Czy może ustalenie szczegółów menu pół roku wcześniej i jedynie potwierdzenie tych samych ustaleń bez żadnych zmian już miesiąc przed rezerwacją już sprawia, że jest się klientem kłopotliwym? Myślę, że pan właściciel powinien do menu dołączyć pozycje z kosztami pracy pracowników oraz zakupem papierowych serwetek i kwiatków do wazonika na stole, a może zaoferować samoobsługę (bez dekoracji i serwetek oczywiście) w ramach pakietu podstawowego? Wielokrotnie korzystaliśmy z uslug różnych restauracji i nigdy nie zdarzyło nam się tak skandaliczne podejście do klienta. Za każdym razem proponowano nam jakąś kwotę i za tę kwotę świadczono profesjonalne usługi. Do niektórych restauracji wracaliśmy wielokrotnie i za każdym razem poziom świadczonych usług był fantastyczny. Tutaj niestety nigdy już nie wrócimy i zdecydowanie nie będziemy...

Ordered from here so many times. Maybe over 50 times..

Placed the order around 8:45, they accepted it. Then cancelled the order at 9:25…

Called them up and a very rude man shouted as us about the delivery guy or something then hang up the phone.

Why accept the order then reject it over half an hour later then leave it too late for us to be able to order something else.

Do not order from here past 20:00

Won’t be returning...
