KILOGRAM Sushi Katowice — Restaurant in Katowice

The food they serve is great. Good looks and good taste. But the service and the system around it has some improvement to do. We ordered through the restaurants system and we where surprised we could not choose delivery from Katowice but we were able to order with delivery from Jaworzno and the system did allow such a delivery order for the restaurant that was located further away. We waited a good 2 hours when the delivery guy called that they could not find us (as they were in the wrong city). The solution to this problem was we would be receiving a new order from the Katowice shop. After waiting another fair amount of time and paying extra for transport (as the Katowice location did not deliver in this region although its just 12 minutes away.) we finally received the food. No appologies for a system failure, no compenstaion in form of transport nor discount of the order nor any extras for waiting 4.5 hours. This restaurant has potential if they would improve service. As the food is only as good as the service...

Zdecydowanie najlepsze sushi w Katowicach! Świeże składniki, pięknie podane rolki i doskonały smak. Zamówienie dotarło szybko, a całość była starannie zapakowana. Obsługa bardzo miła i profesjonalna. Plus za to, że niezależnie od tego, czy zestaw jest dla jednej, dwóch czy trzech osób, nie ma dopłaty za pałeczki, sosy czy inne dodatki – to rzadkość i duży atut.

Jedyna uwaga to zdjęcia zestawów – dobrze byłoby pokazać na nich, że w komplecie są także sos sojowy, pasta wasabi i pałeczki, co rozwiałoby ewentualne wątpliwości klientów. Warto też uczulić kurierów, by ostrożniej obchodzili się z tym delikatnym towarem – sushi to jednak produkt, który łatwo może się przemieszać podczas transportu.

Mimo to, zdecydowanie polecam każdemu, kto szuka jakości i smaku na najwyższym poziomie. Na pewno zamówię...
