Pasibus | Better Burger — Restaurant in Katowice

The service is very bad. Me and my friend ordered food with around 500 zloty and they arent even welling to replace the bacon on my sandwich with pickles. When i asked to talk to the manager at the beginning there is a girl who claiming that she was the manager but after putting some pressure on her she called me the manager. And after putting all this amount of money they do not even want to replace something with other thing thing that has lower value. It not like i want something additional. And after ordering they even forgot to give me the order number and after i checked it out myself i went back to them. If I did not go back to them i could have been waiting for an hour. And also later i found out that they gave the option of either having large or small drink to my other colleagues but they didn't ask me and just gave me a small size despite i wanted the large. I dont dont know if this was discrimination? In regatd of the food. I order double burger with fries and drink and i still i was hungry. Let alone the the ice tea (not the lemon one) which was undrinkable. I dont...

I had high hopes for Paribas when I ordered the large version of the pulled beef burger. From the menu photos and the price point, noticeably higher than other offerings. I was expecting something truly impressive. Even my partner looked at me and said, "You're really going to eat a burger that big?" I smiled and thought, "Absolutely!"

But what I received left me stunned, and not in a good way. What was served looked more like a baby burger. Even my partner's regular-sized burger appeared slightly larger than mine. I genuinely thought there had been a mistake, so I politely asked the staff if this was the correct order. The response I got was indifferent and disappointing: "Yes, this is normal in our branch."

I felt completely misled. The size and presentation of the burger were nowhere near what was advertised or implied. In the end, I had to order an additional burger just to feel satisfied, something I hadn't...

Nie wiem czy ogólnie sieć obniżyła poziom czy tylko ten punkt tak kiepsko ostatnio działa, ale musiałem zrewidować swoją opinię. Dlaczego? Po pierwsze: co tydzień odbywają się pubquizy i przychodzi na nie o wiele więcej osób niż w każdy inny dzień - czasem ponad setka osób, a lokal od dłuższego czasu zawsze "zaskoczony" - za barem stoi jedna osoba (najczęściej anemiczna) zamiast dwóch z czego jedna powinna obsługiwać wyłącznie quizowiczów, (tak, są lokale w których tak się robi bo to się po prostu opłaca) którzy podczas krótkich przerw chcieliby zamówić coś do picia i po prostu odchodzą od baru z niczym ponieważ jedna obsługująca osoba właśnie przyjmuje zamówienie od przypadkowego klienta robiąc to tak anemicznie jakby to był jego/jej pierwszy dzień w tej pracy. Prosta matematyka: w tym czasie zmarnowanym na jednego klienta kilkudziesięciu innych zniechęconych klientów nie zostawi po kilkadziesiąt złotych od osoby w kasie bo nie ma na to czasu. Jak widać lokal woli "zarobić" 50 zł. niż kilkaset... Po drugie: niemal co tydzień ta sama historia - nawet gdy wreszcie uda się zacząć zamawiać coś do picia to okazuje się, że... brakuje połowy piw z kranu (cydru również) oraz w lodówce... No przecież to są jakieś jaja. Serio, nie ma tutaj kierownika, który raz w tygodniu potrafiłby pomyśleć i przygotować lokal na zwiększoną ilość osób, które przez kilka godzin chciałyby zostawić wam kasę? Chyba, że ten punkt jest przeznaczony do likwidacji no to wtedy rozumiem tą "strategię"... Po trzecie: może warto zwrócić uwagę pracownikom, że zwracanie się do klientów starszych od ich rodziców per "ty" jest co najmniej dziwnym "zwyczajem". I tak, nie jesteśmy w USA ani w innym państwie w którym taki zwyczaj jest codziennością. Tykanie ludzi 3x starszych od siebie nie sprawia, że jest się światowcem, a...
