In short, no greeting, no question as to what my order, no confirmation of my order, not even request for amount to pay. Simply whacked in figures to card terminal and tilted it towards me, upside down, to pay. Upon noticing the amount was different to that on the menu and asked. All the guy could manage to say was 'To stary menu' - But of course this isn't written anywhere. It must be a complex process to update a price on a board with 10+/- items. Even if the food was gourmet (though it is not) I still would not buy from a firm with such a lack of passion, enthusiasm or respect toward paying customers.
