It was disgusting and humiliating. We went to have dinner at an establishment that we thought was good, but no. We understand that there were a lot of people there and the waiters had a lot of work, but they treated us as if we were shadows and we weren't there. The waitress, a girl, worked on the veranda alone. We quickly decided on the order and called the waiter. The girl said to wait, that she would come back to us now. We waited, 10 minutes passed, and no one came up to us. At this time, she brought orders from other guests and began to clear the tables while we waited. then I asked again to come to us, to which we were ignored, I asked again, saying "sorry" a little louder and holding out my hand. to which the girl who passed by us at a distance of no more than 30 cm just walked by. I felt humiliated, as if I didn't deserve to have dinner at this place. I understand that today is Saturday, evening, a lot of work, but does someone who came to spend a pleasant and delicious time in your institution deserve such an attitude? even if there is a lot of work, is there 10 seconds to say that we should wait a little longer? It was disgusting, the manager didn't come out to us either, so we went to a good place and had a great dinner there, yes, due to the heavy workload, the waiting time was a little longer than we wanted, but the drinks were brought to us right away, everything was explained and with a compliment in the form of treats, I advise the "Well Done" to be very close. It was the worst dining experience I could wish on no one! We invited important clients for a dinner that was supposed to start with a tour of the brewery. However, no one informed us that at that time there was a large company event taking place in the large building we had to pass through to visit the brewery. Initially, we were told to wait outside (in the rain!) until all the guests arrived and then they could sneak us in. Then, suddenly, we were ordered to stand in the lobby of the large building and wait for the guide. In the mentioned lobby, people employed by other company started yelling at us rudely and disrespectfully, telling us to leave. (I'm really astonished what kind of people they hire). Then, an employee of the Stara Zajezdnia restaurant in a blue blazer approached us, questioning what we were imagining standing there and telling us to leave.
