Except for having a little problem finding the restaurant (it is not truly in Szlak Street, but at the corner of Warszawska & Pawia), the overall verdict of our experience was VERY, VERY IMPRESSIVE! The décor of the restaurant is modern and airy, the staff very respectful and knowledgeable, the crockery unusual and the menu surprisingly extensive. But most importantly, the food exquisite! While waiting for the food to be prepared, we chose hot teas - also very original combination of infusions - highly recommended! Then the food arrived - well, we have yet to find more perfect tenderloin or T-bone steaks in Krakow, the meat simply melted in our mouths. With the large selection of side dishes and condiments, we had plenty to choose from. We drove there (easily found parking in Szlak Street within short walking distance), so we didn't have any alcohol, but the cocktails, shots and soft hot and cold drinks was plentiful. All in all, a very nice experience, which we will be talking about to our family and friends and we'll certainly be going back there to try the endless choice of burgers, non-meat dishes or salads. All it remains to say 'Well done' to the Staff and Management for getting such high standard of restaurant cuisine, so aesthetically presented with en excellent and very professional service, despite these difficult times! I have been scammed by this "restaurant". I ordered in this place on ubereats at 12:00 and the app said it would take 5-25 min, but the delivery would be taken care by their courier. After a couple of minutes, it showed delivery time 1:10-1:30, I didn't like that but the order was already placed and paid. At 1:45 it hadn't arrived yet, so I called them and they said they didn't know what happened, so they had to contact the courier. They called me back saying that the courier couldn't find my address (which is impossible since I live in one of the most known street of Krakow), and that the courier would contact me to reach my house. At 14:10 still nothing, so I called them again saying the courier still hadn't arrived, they told me it would take some more minutes. At 14:35 nothing had arrived yet, I called them and they reply it would take 20 minutes, so I asked them to cancel the order (because it was obvious they were lying and the order had never been prepared) but the man was very upset and closed the call. At 15:00, so 3 hours after my original order, the seller marked the order as completed, but I never received anything. I reached ubereats customer service but still did not get any response, maybe they restaurant did not confess what happened.

I am still waiting for my 100zl reimbursement + damage for wasting my Sunday lunch...
