Tre viet — Restaurant in Krakow

I was recommended to go to that place. Today I arrived, it was pretty busy but I saw the only free table, I sat and the waitress came and said "This is reserved!" without even saying hello. I stood up and was a bit lost of what to do now. I politelly asked if there are no other tables and then if not maybe I can order to go. The waitress was extremely rude and just said everything is occupied. And the wait time is long. I guess I will give it a second try one more time but to be honest the attitude of the waitress was extremely rude. I understand there are rush hours but you can always be nice and say something like I am very sorry but unfortunately we are full now. Please come back later or something along...

I have never been to Vietnam (yet) but tried Vietnamese food from multiple viet restaurants. The restaurant has one of the best foods in krakow in its price range, which is very competitive and it is absolutely appreciated. I have come here many times before, and I am confident that I will be coming back many more times in the future as well.

Can't understand the high rating for this place. It is not Vietnamese food, it is an insult to the cuisine. My Vietnamese wife and I had the bun cha. It was tasteless! The meat was not grilled and tasted like it had been precooked, the noodles were the wrong type, no sign of Vietnamese herbs, no daikon, and they added bell peppers! The place is busy,I can't understand why, and the air conditioning can't cope so it's really hot. Definitely a place...
