Hebe — Local services in Krakow

🚨RACIST EMPLOYEES🚨I purchased items and left the store after confirming the deduction from my card, but the payment didn't go through due to issues with either the card or the terminal. Two elderly men aggressively grabbed and detained me inside the store's warehouse. Despite showing them the transaction history and explaining that the payment had gone through, the old man threatened to call the police, and the older female employee entered the warehouse, scanned me up and down, shook her head, and insulted me. Only after repeatedly showing the payment history did the old man allow me to leave the warehouse and recalculated. Would they have treated me the same if I were white? Would they have threatened to call the police and gone through such unfair procedures? It's a blatant act of racial discrimination, tarnishing my perception of Poland. And when the old lady tried to recalculate, she subtly tried to add one more item to my purchase. She even tried to rip me off. I'm a university student in a European country, and I've never been treated like this. Among them, only one employee spoke English, perhaps they pretended not to understand me. And my card worked perfectly fine at another store right after, so fix your garbage terminals :) These ignorant employees assumed a young female tourist would blatantly steal. I consider this blatant racial discrimination and hold the company...

Today, I visited the Hebe store in Galeria Krakowska, and it was a terrible experience. One of the employees started yelling at me just because I used a tester, which is meant for that purpose. Her behavior was completely unacceptable – an aggressive tone, rude attitude, and a total lack of respect for customers. Jestem zachwycona obsługą w Hebe przy ul. Kurniki. Niestety nie znam imienia Pani, która mnie obsługiwała, ale czułam się naprawdę zaopiekowana. Pani doradziła mi kosmetyki, a także inne produkty, sprawdziła cenę produktu pod kątem promocji. Kilka razy podczas jednej wizyty w sklepie korzystałam z jej pomocy i ani przez moment nie czułam, aby moje pytania sprawiały jej trudność czy wywoływały irytację (jak to czasem bywa, gdy klient pyta i pyta 😉 a pracownik jest zajęty innymi sprawami). Pani była bardzo życzliwa, serdeczna, kompetentna i cały czas zapewniała o swojej dostępności gdybym potrzebowała jeszcze w czymś pomocy. Przykasowe produkty promocyjne z kolei zostały mi zaoferowane tak naturalnie, z lekkością, że nie czułam, że ktoś mi chce "coś wcisnąć", ale naprawdę dzieli się ze mną informacją o "dobrym produkcie w dobrej cenie", produkcie, który sam sprawdził i zna.
