Grill & Go Kebab — Local services in Krakow

Although to my surprise the staff knows English pretty much good, there had to be either a misunderstanding while ordering our food, or it just sucks. I ordered a classic small tortilla, my girlfriend went for the medium Pita with cheese. Mine was.. okay. Don’t realy understand the glaze in the reviews, as this is not even close to being a good kebab for me. Now about the pita. This has to be the craziest thing I’ve ever seen. What you’ll get is approx. 3 layers of tortilla rather than pita bread. It doesn’t need much imagination to think of how 3 layers of crunchy tortilla must feel when you bite through it, despite the fact there was no cheese, at least not that we could find or taste any. As we read the reviews before we decided to come here, I was thinking this has to be the good spot. I ordered, tipped 7zł on a 38zł order, nearly 20%. RESPONSE TO THE OWNER: how can my comment be "detached from reality" if its my honest oppinion about your place? Kebab you make is just distasteful - you just put some poor quality meat with some cabbage, awful souce and you expect this to be "good"? Jedzenie..niby ok na pierwszy rzut nosa i oka...ale mięso posiekane na szczątki wyschniete z chrzastkami ktore malo nie polamaly zebow Sosy,chyba zepsute,bo kwasne Do zestawu obiadowego nie dostałam żadnej sałatki,a za to zapłaciłam. Razem z dzieckiem wymiotowalysmy po nich dalej niż kot. Słabo,żeby zaistnieć skoro nie dbają o klientow. Mięso pierwszej jakości?nie sądzę.. kupiony gotowy blok z hurtowni,nie ma nic wspólnego z kebabem,a chemi tyle że każdy mógłby świecić w ciemności. Pracowałam w kebabie,gdzie o 5 rano dostawałam mięso i sama nabijałem do pieczenia i było wiadome że jest świeże i z czego...tak jest jak idziecie na ilość,a nie na jakość...bo przecież baranina ledwo widziała to mięso,wszystko gotowce zmielone i mieszanka paszy,drobiu,a baraniny 5%..
