Expectations / Reality The pasta is overboiled, the serving is terrible, we did not eat it and wanted to return it, but the manager said that we just didn’t like it and that she knew better that they were preparing everything correctly in their kitchen. Without apologizing or picking up the dish, it was included in the check with a discount. We left hungry and disappointed. There is much tastier ramen in Krakow, don't go! Are you kidding? there is nothing surprising in your behavior, since you are the owner of the restaurant! we really love ramen and your buns were really good! but ramen is just a shame, we started eating and put it aside on the third or fourth spoonful, because eating such bad food is an insult! There are many places in Krakow where noodles are not digested, go to Akita! Moreover, you can read my reviews about other restaurants, I always leave positive reviews! And I even wanted to leave you a tip, because it's not in our rules to make a row. People write the truth about your dishes, it's tasteless! And the most disgusting thing is that the photos in Instagram and in reality are incommensurable! And here your excuses are just ridiculous! see what you are cooking for the guests and on your photos from social networks :) you still have a lot to learn, we were sure that you would send a complaint to the kitchen and offer to replace the dish, but apparently it is more important for you to prove some kind of your rightness....

It's a wonderful place with indoor and outdoor seating and the lady who took our order was very nice. They have some weekday lunch specials we might take advantage of in the future. The spicy pork ramen was very tasty with very nice ingredients, but it was VERY salty and not spicy at all, in my opinion. The pork in the soup was delicious. The buns were very good and we would order those again. Perhaps the other soups are less salty, I would encourage others to try it, the food is clearly...
Read moreI am willing to give this place one star more because of the moderate prices and generous portions. The ramen didn't blow me away, lots of good flavours but it overall felt like they didn't fit together. Most ramen are spicy. The noodles lacked consistency and not all pieces of meat were tasty (the zeberka yes, the chicken no).
Still a nice and warmy ramen. Good, sweet, seasonal tea. I appreciated the ceramic sticks to eat. Service was professional and attentive (we were 4 and we were served all at the same time, something that often doesn't happen in Krakow).
A solid choice that doesn't win the prize of best ramen in the city yet doesn't deserve to be...
