The waitress was incredibly rude and unhelpful instead of providing an explanation about how things worked. The staff's behavior was completely out of place and disrespectful. Despite having pre-paid for breakfast, we had to endure a 15-minute wait just for a simple cup of coffee and tea. The first serving took a total of 40 minutes, and throughout the experience, there was no politeness or courtesy shown - no 'please' or 'thank you.' It was evident that the staff were gossiping about customers in the kitchen while we were dining at the table.

When my wife kindly inquired about the remaining wait time, the waitress responded by saying that if she wanted an early breakfast, she should have come earlier.

I rarely write detailed negative reviews, but this entire experience left us feeling incredibly uncomfortable.

They even went as far as making fun of the clients openly.

The breakfast we received looked as if it came straight out of a supermarket aisle. The presentation and quality of the food were far below expectations, especially considering the photos that had initially attracted us. It was a disappointing experience.

The fruit arrived exactly as depicted in the photo. We didn’t touch it. The half strawberry is class. Maybe that’s where the art...

We came for the lunch offer. The place is nice, everything was ok with the service as well. The price offer is great, soup, main dish and dessert for only 34 pln.

Soup was simple but good, decent portion. Main dish was a quite poor chicken burger, the sides of the bun were very dry, felt like it's several days old. The dessert was also very simple, tasted alright, but i suspect it was bought in a nearby shop. They also add 10% service fee to the bill without informing about it in advance. On the drink card written, that 10% is applied for groups 10 or above, on the board with lunch menu there is not a word about it.

It can be a good option if you'd like to eat for cheap at a nicer place, but I personally would rather pay a bit more for a normal...

Przedwczoraj miałam przyjemność doświadczyć cudownej kolacji w nowo otwartym @artcraft_atelier 🍴To miejsce liczące sobie niespełna tydzień, więc kompletnie nie widziałam czego się spodziewać - ale smaki zaserwowane na talerzach przeszły moje najśmielsze oczekiwania! 💕 Tak doskonale zbalansowanych dań nie jadłam już dawno! Idealna kompozycja słodyczy i wytrawności, aż po sam deser! Kosmos!

Na przystawkę wybraliśmy podwędzany tatar wołowy - podawany pod kloszem wypełnionym dymem 🔥 Prezentuje się bardzo efektywnie, a jeszcze lepiej smakuje 😋 Oczywiście z płynnym żółtkiem 💛 Danie główne - aż brak mi słów! Stek rib eye z batatami, niby klasyk, ale w połączeniu z glazurowanymi w miodzie warzywami, pieczonym czosnkiem i sosem chimichurri to prawdziwa bomba smaku! 💣 Wszystko na talerzu było perfekcyjne, rozpływalismy się nad delikatnie chrupiącymi warzywami, a frytki z batatatów, pozornie prosty element dania, były jednymi z najlepszych, jakie kiedykolwiek jadłam! Ich słodycz, w połączeniu z miodową glazurą idealnie się uzupełniały, przez co pasowały jeszcze lepiej do krwistego, soczystego mięsa 🥩 Deser - to zaskakująco aromatyczny sernik na zimno. Czekoladowy spód, waniliowy środek, popcorn i... słodko-wytrawny, słony karmel z goryczkową nutą! Zaskoczenie - warte każdego kęsa, mimo, że już prawie nie mieliśmy miejsca w żołądkach 😂

Oprócz dań a la carte Art&Craft Atelier oferuje ekskluzywne lunche, za kompletnie nieekskluzywną cenę 💸 Kiedy zobaczyłam w social mediach, że za dwadzieścia złotych serwują zupę i kacze udo confit na główne danie... Oniemiałam! Żałuję, że nie mogłam się tego dnia wyrwać z pracy 🤤 Na zdjęciach wyglądała cudownie!

My akurat piliśmy lemoniadę (na upały - cudowna 🌞), ale mają też świetną kawę z polskiego biznesu, a będzie piwo z Lubicza, polskie wina i polskie whisky - idealni partnerzy dla dań wyczarowanych z regionalnych składników prosto z Targu Pietruszkowego 👏 Na takim produkcie da się pracować, tak można jeść 😋 I tę jakość czuć, naprawdę!
