Double Bs — Restaurant in Poznan

I went there with a friend recently, upon arrival we were informed that there’s something going on in the kitchen so we’d have to wait five minutes before having our orders taken. We waited patiently and after around fifteen minutes we finally had a chance to order. I’d like to note that the order consisted of only two dishes and two drinks, one of which was the shake that they just have in the fridge. We ended up waiting OVER AN HOUR for a burger and a quesadilla, when the tables around us were getting their food even if they came in later or had bigger orders. The food was okay at most, you could get a much better burger for the same price in a different establishment. After some time the moving lights were making me an my friend nauseous, easy to say I do not recommend this place, go to a regular burger shop and you’ll walk out much more satisfied.

Edit, cause I can’t reply to the owner’s message. I was LITERALLY informed by the staff that the milkshakes were pre-made and kept in the fridge. The tables were nowhere near...

I was visiting this cafe last week. I'm from the U.S. and figured this might have a familiar menu and atmosphere. The waitreses seemed very unhappy to be there and I was not even greeted. I tried to order a Burger and was told "we are out of buns." How can you be out of burger buns in a fast-food burger place? I ordered some hotdog instead and they put so much grilled onions on it that I did not even want to eat it and looked gross. A group of four people walked in and also wanted to eat burgers, but were also told there are none so they stood up and left. Also ordered the cheese sticks, and they do not even include any sauces with it, like they do in the U.S. with Marinara sauce. Tasted very plain. If you are trying to do an american style menu, visit Portillos website and see how they serve burgers, hotdogs, and cheese sticks in American diners and with what sauces. The interior was alright, but the food and waitresses could use an improvement. Tons of better places in Poznan for the amount of money...

We ordered fries with cheese and bacon, but unfortunately, they were undercooked. We informed the waitress, who took them away. She returned, stating that the chef deemed the fries fine and that their softness was due to the cheese. We clarified that the issue was with the raw potatoes inside, not the cheese, and requested either a replacement or further cooking.

The waitress took the fries again, only to come back and repeat that they were soft because of the cheese. We insisted we wouldn’t eat them, and she took them back. When we received our receipt, the fries were still listed. We pointed out we hadn’t eaten them, so why weren’t they removed? The staff maintained that the chef said everything was fine.

After further discussion, they finally removed the fries from our bill, but the staff member was rude and unhelpful throughout the process. This level of service was completely unexpected and disappointing. I have never seen something like this before. The prices and service are not...
