Terrible service ruined our dinner. Was served Bau as a entré. When we picked it up it fell apart. The table wasn't set with napkins or nothing so I had to run into the bar and ask the staff (occupied with their phones) for napkins with food running down my hands. The restaurant was populated like 10-20% ( 7-8 guesttables inside and outside) 4 waitresses, 3 chefs + staff in the back and still everything took a long time. When it was time for the main course, they served one plate of sushi, then we had to wait 9 1/2 minutes (!!!) for the second plate to be served. Sushi is cold, it doesn't need to be served immediately, rather they serve everything at once than serving one just to wait 10 minutes for the second plate to arrive. While we were waiting for the second plate alot of the staff were using their phones or talking to eachother rather then trying to get the order out as quickly as possible. The sushi was okay but extremely overpriced considering the sushi was about average. Bau, I dont have earlier reference but I only enjoyed the teriyaki meat. Mushroom-Ramen: A lot of different mushrooms but it almost tasted burnt not the normal mushroom taste. Thin taste, good ramen. The presentation of all the food was super nice. I politely and quitly asked the waitress if she wanted constructive feedback when she asked what we thought. She said yes please. When I told her that it's good service to serve all people every dish at one table simultaneously not 9 1/2 minutes apart. She just interrupted me and said "thank you" with a angry voice, mad face and walked away. I had to go to the bar myself and ask for the bill after 5 min because all the staff was just standing there and doing nothing and not taking notice from any...
Read moreWhile the service was friendly and the food was tasty, there was one thing that didn’t meet my expectations. I had ordered the salad with lots of fruit and salmon in it and everything was fine until I tried the salmon. It just tasted weird. I’m usually not a picky eater, but for a restaurant in poland it was quite expensive and for the pricing of their food I expected the fish to be amazing like the rest of our food. Everything else was great tho. The Edamame tasted very good (especially with the lime juice on top of it), and both my salad and the other dish were amazing. If not for the sake of weird tasting salmon, the restaurant would get a 5 star rating. Maybe I just ordered the wrong thing, because everything else was very good. To sum this up: I recommend going here if you’re willing to spend some money on nice food and good service. Especially the looks of the food are...
Read moreDim-sum dumplings were great, with the sauce matched pretty well.
Unfortunately mushroom ramen was flat in taste, pretty much impossible to sense any other ingredients. Also the meat piece seemed dry and hardly seasoned at all. It was burned on the edges (I assume on purpose), which didn't go well with the overall taste of the dish. The eggs were nothing more than the boiled ones, also pretty much not marinated or seasoned.
Probably I won't be coming back very soon, at least not for ramen. I just hope they'll improve over time and survive, since there ain't that many ramen places around the city. But for the time being I cannot really recomment this place for anything but dumplings (haven't tried...
