Delivery in garages??

I've ordered ramen and mochi through Glovo-app, but the delivery was performed by the restaurant itself. I was waiting for 2 hours and nearly 20 mins for my order to arrive. Of course my ramen wasn't hot and I could ignore that fact but.. In the app it was shown that my delivery had arrived, after 5 mins I still hadn't received a call from the delivery guy, that's why I had to phone them myself. The woman told me that she would phone the delivery guy in order to know where is he. After nearly 10 minutes he called me to say that he'd be there in ~5 minutes and asked me to meet him, that's why I left the building and was waiting for him in street. Then he phoned me back and said that he was already there. I replied that I couldn't see anyone? He answered being irritated that he parked in garages because there was no space in parking lots and asked me to find him? What was that suppose to mean? Did you really expect that I would go find him somewhere in garages at 9.20 pm?? It was an area full of block of flats, I have no idea near which garage he was staying and why he didn't want to come to the building's door and give me my order. After small talk he finally decided to come and gave me the food. Of course he was in a bad mood as well as me. I was really hungry and the whole situation got on my nerves. Po przejrzeniu opinii i ogólnej oceny 4* zdecydowaliśmy się odwiedzić to miejsce. Klimat i szybkość podania posiłku to duży plus, jednak jeśli chodzi o smak, niestety nie polecam. Na przystawkę zamówione zostały warzywa w tempurze i krążki z kalmara. Kalmar był taki jak powinien być, jednak warzywa w tempurze były kompletnie nieudane. Panierka była niesmaczna, rozpadająca się, jakby zleżała (wyglądało to tak, jakby była przygotowana przez osobę bez jakiegokolwiek doświadczenia albo już leżała jakiś czas). Sos sticky teriyaki bardzo dobry, natomiast spicy mayo bardzo mdły i bez smaku. Dania główne podane były ładnie, ale przygotowane były na pewno jednocześnie z przystawkami, co wpłynęło na konsystencję. Kaczka teriyaki z ryżem była zrobiona tak, że czuć było głównie czosnek, mięso nieco przesmażone, przez co gumowate, ryż trochę zimny. Spicy Beef Ramen to niestety najgorszy ramen jaki miałam okazję jeść. Bulion kompletnie bez smaku (prawdopodobnie za dużo było dodane gotowego koreańskiego oleju z chilli, który całkowicie zneutralizował potrawę). Smakowało to jak sam podgrzany tłuszcz. Makaron był nierównomiernie ugotowany, część była twarda, część rozgorowana (może ugotowany wcześniej i zeschnięty?). Jajko przygotowane w miarę poprawnie, ale odnoszę wrażenie, że marynowało się zbyt krótko. Wołowina twarda i gumowata, nie pierwszej świeżości (na usmażonej było widać ciemniejsze plamki, co wskazywało na albo bardzo krótki termin przydatności, albo wręcz przeterminowanie). I na koniec wisienka na torcie: do ramenu było dodane coś w stylu "pierożków nori nadziewanych kimchi (pierożki w tempurze)". Jako side dish byłyby super, wrzucone do zupy były okropne. Może gdyby miały szansę się nie zamoczyć byłyby wspaniałe. Niestety, prawdopodobnie czas namaczania doprowadził do tego, że tempura spadła z pierożków tworząc małoapetyczny glut w bulionie. Ceny w lokalu są przystępne, więc tu na plus. W ogólnym rozrachunku prawie 200zł za to co nam zaserwowano to gruba przesada. Porcje słuszne, ale składniki miernej jakości. Taste is perfect.

I always order same set and eat with a great joy. Now, Why did I rate low?

2 times in a row, delivery goes to same address which is not the one I am ordering to. I really do not understand, each and every restaurant in the city accurately delivers to my flat but not you guys. Somehow, only your guys are going to ulica literacka before I contact with delivery master and correct the address. Although right address is saved in the app and has never been updated for a long time.

Normally, this would be 5 star without any hesitation. Really, the best sushi. However, there is either a junky processing my address wrong or something I miss here.
