I'm surprised really.

ARKADIA ITSELF IS AMAZING BEST SHOPPING CENTER I HAVE BEEN IN.

We did this in a hurry but we wanted to see toy story. We ordered online but had to translate their page since there was no support for English at all.

When we translated the page to Eng it translated EVERYTHING even what language it was gonna be in aka the dub When we got in it was all in polish now this is not their fault but more the Google translates fault for changing the dub from polish to eng by some strange reason. So we ordered because it said eng dub.

But we paid for it and watched it and we understood 75% of what was happening since most was visual and we had fun even though we did not understand polish.

The good: The seats where comfortable Plenty of leg space

The bad: The sound was low and only in the front The screen looked damaged and was not that good

The staff at this franchise are lovely, but are held back by the head office.

We accidentally booked the wrong language movie (our mistake as Google translate displayed DUB:EN instead of DUB:PL). When we discovered this, we asked if we could exchange our tickets for a later screening that evening that was dubbed in English. As we had booked online the staff were not allowed to provide us tickets to a later viewing and instead we had to apply for a refund via email, which of course we didn't get. Profit above customer service, naturally.

This a warning to 1) be wary of using a translator when booking tickets and 2) try book in person so you can ask questions and potentially get assistance if something does go wrong.

Don't bother with the head office customer service. They will not help you.

I'm giving this Cinema a 5 star review, because the staff here has always been very helpful and well mannered. Everyone speaks good english, and I've almost always been greeted with a nice smile (both by men and women working there). Particularly, I wanna spend a few words about one staff member called Grzegorz. This guy is absolutely amazing. Speaks perfect English, super well mannered. I've met him a couple times and he always went above and beyond to make the experience as nice as possible for me and my friends.
