Lubię kanapki z tego miejsca, ale obsługa to totalna porażka. Rozumiem, że każdy może mieć gorszy dzień, ale jako klient zostawiam tu swoje pieniądze i również mogę mieć zły dzień.

Sytuacja z dzisiaj: kawa i dwie kanapki – rachunek 40 zł. Daję banknot 100 zł, a sprzedawca z bezczelnym tonem stwierdza, że „to będzie bez reszty”. Moje zdziwienie było ogromne – czyli mam mu zostawić 60 zł napiwku?! Kiedy zwróciłam uwagę, że to przecież 60 zł, usłyszałam tylko „no trudno, nie mam jak wydać”. Zero przeprosin, zero profesjonalizmu, żadnej propozycji zapłaty kartą w normalny sposób.
