Douglas — Local services in Warsaw

Probably the worst customer service among the stores in Warsaw. Unless you spend hundreds of euro on cosmetics do not expect nice and polite assistance. Shop assistant were the worst. Started attacking me after 1 min I entered Douglas. 3 of them came to me at the same time. I told them what I am looking for, they showed me to stand with cheapest cosmetics. Never experienced such inappropriate shop assistants in any other douglas store. Besides being very pushy (in a quite arrogant way), one of the ladies opened a foundation cream that was not a tester to show me the color, I said that this is not a tester (thinking that maybe she didn’t notice) and she smiled at me saying that she will close it in a way that no one will find out .
