We used to love this place and came here for breakfasts/dinners all the time. The manager knew us and each time we stopped by he was at our table, chatting us up (especially my partner). He even gave my bf extra cookies to-go as a gift several times for no reason. We thought it was funny, but very kind. The one time I went by myself I called 15min ahead to order two protein smoothies to grab-and-go in a hurry on my way to get ready for a gala. I was pressed for time and the manager guy knew that. He assured me he’d take care of it. Once I arrived I had to cancel my uber and wait another 15+ minutes in an empty restaurant to have my order prepared in front of me by a rookie new trainee with the help of a supervising waiter. . The order was messed up. I said nothing. The second time I went by myself was to just grab some late take out. When leaving - I realized that I was handed the wrong change in cash (just 10 pln short). So I went back to the manager guy (that we know) and told him. .. oh my god - instant regret. Instead of simply apologizing and handing me the ten back - the whole thing turned into some weird little drama where the guy was on a mission to rewind the camera feed in order to ‘prove me wrong’. Wow. He could not deal. The information that he had made a simple mistake after a whole day of work sent him on a huge ego trip & he took it very personally. Ok, fine.. I went along with it knowing the result would be even more embarrassing, but by now it was a matter of principle. Or So I thought.. I patiently stood and waited while he went through the video, but it turned out to be inconclusive. He said that it could be “either” implying I was the one that made a mistake. So I left. The ridiculousness of the scene was so overwhelming (especially given our history here as VERY loyal customers) that it was hard to digest. After I’d left, I finally texted the guy just to let him know I wasn’t satisfied with the outcome & he even responded saying he’d check another camera feed the next day and offered to refund me ’double the money’ if I was ‘actually’ right.. Next evening I received a text saying he checked again and I was in fact right. ..but that was it. I naturally thought since the guy was always so eager to talk to us in person, that he would probably just try to be fair and make up for the inconvenience next chance he got.. But needless to say I was fundamentally disappointed. Next time we went to Bibi’s the manager guy fled the scene right before we arrived (he knew we were coming because my partner spoke to him on the phone before we did to get us a table). Instead of facing us the second guy in charge informed us he’d be “subtracting 10pln off our bill” with a judgmental smirk on his face. He then ended up not charging us for two cookies we ordered to go (which like I mentioned - my partner often received free of charge anyway). What a slap on the face. - Not exactly the outcome we were expecting. We went there once again to grab a coffee, but nothing changed in terms of the staffs attitude. SUCH a shame. We really loved this place and its concept and now it ruined for us, because it only brings up feelings of distaste for the poor unprofessional behavior and customer service. We initially wanted to be the ‘bigger people’ and still continue to go there, but it’s sort of been made impossible by the atmosphere....
Read moreLocation is nice , interior in the cafe also great, the main problem about this cafe - staff. Waiters are rude and acting unprofessional. There were three of us sitting there, and waiter took away the chair where our things were located, without offering any alternative where we could move our bags, while at the next table the guests had a dog sitting on a chair on the table, I think quite illogical behaviour of the staff. After that we ordered an Americano, and having received the order at the table, we saw that the coffee filled the whole plate and wet the sugar and spoon, it is clearly not a serving kind of coffee, when we asked to correct the situation the girl named Sonia with an imperturbable face specified «and what can I do?», at least to offer a new drink, replace the plate and bring napkins, which are not on the table, and old dirty ones they will not remove from the table until you do not ask the staff, and the waiters will just pass by and watch them fly in different directions.

Read moreAvoid this place! Disgusting service. Not tasty. Prices are like from outer space. For a small glass of one juice, 18 pln zloty / 4 euros. If this juice would be delicious, but no, it's disgusting! History: We went in and wanted to order a drink of juice, went to the bar and wanted to make an order, we were told to sit down at the table, okay, we sat down. We waited for 10 minutes, and no one approached us. We approached the waiter ourselves and tried to make an order again. Okay, it worked. We waited for the juice for about 10 minutes. Refreshing juice with watermelon turned out to have no taste of watermelon, but with the taste of some sourness! Then we waited for the waiter to ask for the bill for 10 minutes and again we went to the bar ourselves to ask for the bill. As a result, we spent 30 minutes in this place to drink one juice in a small glass for 18 zloty / 4 euros! Horror with refreshing...
