BIG SZEF KEBAB (HALAL) — Restaurant in Warsaw

My friend and I recently enjoyed a fantastic Turkish breakfast experience at Big Szef restaurant, and it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a cozy atmosphere. The selection on the menu was extensive, offering a wide array of delicious options. Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor, and the generous portions left us feeling completely satisfied. One of the highlights was the freshly baked bread, served warm and accompanied by the most delectable bal and kaymak I've ever tasted. The attention to detail was impeccable, with hot tea brought to our table in a thermos to ensure it stayed piping hot throughout our meal. The service was attentive and friendly, making us feel truly valued as guests. Big Szef restaurant has certainly earned its 5-star rating, and I can't wait to return for another unforgettable dining...

I visit this place quite often. The food is good, but for the first time, I was disappointed by the waiter’s attitude. I ordered a doner burger and asked if they could replace the fries with rice, mentioning that I would pay extra if necessary, but the waiter said it wasn’t possible. Then I ordered tea and asked if they had any juice. He said ‘FuzeTea’, and when I asked if it was juice or tea, he got irritated and repeated ‘FuzeTea’. I agreed, but a moment later, he brought me sweet tea in a bottle instead of juice. I thanked him and said I wouldn’t drink it, and he walked away annoyed. I didn’t understand what happened, but it ruined my day and mood.

Today is September 29th, and this incident happened around 2:30 in the afternoon. A male waiter served me, not a female. I don’t know his name, and even if I did, I wouldn’t share it, but I hope this helps the management...

Well, it is very disappointing to receive very poor service after a while though we (a group of 7 people) have been coming this place frequently since almost 2 years. Frankly, this is not the first time we encounter this kind of service in Bigszef and I rather did not want to give a negative feedback in the past because we liked the quality of food and we just simply did not pay attention to details. However, today I have to mention that the service is just HORRIBLE and getting even worse which made the atmosphere unfriendly! I would not recommend this place to anyone unless the stuff's attitude is changed towards to costumers.
