Ivy Lounge Shisha & Bar — Restaurant in Warsaw

I've been to this lounge twice so far in a space of 2 weeks because of their excellent service and shisha, really flavorful and lasts a long time.

The first time we went there, I was a bit disappointed with their Daiquiri, it's stated on their menu that it's a must try but the flavor wasn't really good.

We ordered chicken wings and requested that we have half of them spicy and half not spicy but they all came not spicy. The new fish burger was just okay.

However, their strawberry margarita was very good so it saved the day. On the second visit, we didn't order any food, just cocktails. I mistakenly ordered the margarita on the menu thinking it was the same as the previous time I had been there, not knowing I had to request for strawberry margarita, and the waitress was very nice about it and offered to...

We had a very negative experience at this restaurant. The manager showed a lack of professionalism and empathy during our reservation, changing rules without prior notice (such as a minimum consumption requirement) and even suggesting at the beginning that we could leave and watch the game elsewhere if we didn’t agree. In addition, our group was treated differently from other customers, and when we tried to explain the situation, the manager was rude, interrupted several times, and even told us we were not welcome. We felt disrespected and discriminated against, which is unacceptable. It’s a shame, as the place has a nice atmosphere and good potential, but the manager’s attitude completely ruined...

Their shisha selection is equally impressive, with smooth flavours and thick clouds that make it perfect for relaxing after a meal. The staff are friendly and attentive, always ready to recommend a new blend or flavour.

And let’s not forget the cocktails — they truly take things up a notch. The “Poison Ivy” is a standout: beautifully presented, refreshing, and with just the right balance of sweetness and kick. It’s the kind of drink you’ll want to order again before the night’s over.
