Warsaw revealed an extraordinary culinary gem to me! ✨
Jutro Balkan Bistro is a place I stumbled upon near my hotel, quite by accident, but it did not disappoint in the slightest! From the moment I stepped inside, I felt that not only the food, but also the atmosphere, was something truly special. Meeting the owners was a real honour – their incredible hospitality and inspiring conversations made the three hours I spent there the best of my entire stay in Warsaw. 🤍
The menu is pure poetry, and the čevapčići… heaven on earth! Perfectly seasoned, juicy, with a delicate hint of Balkan herbs – every bite was a real treat for the senses. And for dessert? Sweet delights that whisk you straight to the balconies of Montenegro, overlooking the azure sea. 🌊

Read moreGood: 🔝perfect service stuff, ambient and musicians during Thursdays! Bad: 👎🏻 food especially the cevapcici either pljeskavica; to dry, to hart, to thick, the meat mixture is not well mixed, the lepinja bread is from Auchan or else, awful please try to make in house own lepinja bread 🤯 the lepinja bread must be dipped in the prepared soup liquid to be softened LOL and the onion is cutted in micro small cubes, It's in conflict with almost like sacrilegious for Balkan food itself🧐 The food is mix of a chef who thinks that 2 different traditions would make it work but ain’t. You can’t mixing Indian flavours with Italian cousins, right?! Please research a bit or find a consultant in balkan...

We ordered a meat board, had many glasses of fantastic Balkan wine, and two Turkish coffees. The meat board was AMAZING. The dried meat melted in your mouth, and the sausage was lightly smoked. The pickled vegetables had a spicy kick to it, which was balanced out by a creamy cheese. The wines were full bodied and easy drinking, and the Turkish coffees were so good, we ordered them again. Service was incredible, very kind and generous and attentive. The owners are clearly passionate about sharing Balkan food with everyone, and we cannot...
