NO TU OliDeli — Restaurant in Warsaw

It rarely happens that a single “plate” impresses me this much—and two of them even more so... It’s rare, and honestly hard for me to recall another time when vegan cuisine felt so un-vegan, so universal. Is it the delight of the flavors, or the smile of the owners, with which they season every dish, every word, every glance? Or maybe it’s simply their love for people and the deep gratitude they radiate for the gift of being able to feed others? Some might find this surprising, but I felt it—in my own dish and in the cold soup my son didn’t finish and I gladly did. Actually, he said himself that this kind of vegan food is worth eating (we both enjoy the gifts of the earth and eat plenty of them, but we are meat-eaters). And I agree with him, because what comes out of this kitchen transcends all divisions. It was the best cold soup I’ve ever had in my life—my son said the same. And the homemade scallion oil awakened new taste buds in my mouth. All that was left was a photo of the empty plate, because after the first spoonful we completely forgot about the world around us. I visited “No Tu OliDeli” vegan restaurant today morning for breakfast with my partner and his family because his sister is vegetarian so we decided try the food event if I’m not vegetarian. And we really enjoyed every each dish we ordered which was oats porridge, pancakes and and sandwich with hummus and tofu with homemade kimchi 🫶🏼🥰❤️ all dishes was very tasty good size portions and beautiful presentation. I have a chance meet the chef of this amazing dishes and I can tell that Ola have big passion for cooking, she’s so warm, positive and nice girl 🫶🏼 also the girls from service are so nice always smile on the face helpful and you can feel positive energy from all of them, definitely I’m recommend to everyone event if you are not vegetarian to try Ola food and wish all girls a big success with running this beautiful restaurant. Cannot recommend this local vegan gem of a place enough! FOOD: Beyond offering an extensive vegan menu with a couple of gluten free options. The dishes themselves are complex and the chef techniques are of a very high standard. The flavours are perfectly matched and the dishes are plated up very nicely with fresh local ingredients. STAFF: The gentleman was very helpful and educated around dietary requirements. DESIGN: It's modern yet warm, with gorgeous timber finishes and plants throughout. It feels simply lovely. PRICING: Reasonably priced among other places. BONUS: Their bathroom is clean and smells soooooo good! The plants adorning the ceilings are beautiful. OVERALL: Highly recommend, definitely worth...
