We (2 people) visited the café around 6:20 PM on a weekday. As we entered, we were greeted by a very nice waitress, who gave us the menus and told us to order at the bar.
FOOD AND DRINKS Our orders were: Flower Latte (wild strawberry taste) Winter Latte (gingerbread taste)
Onigiri: Kiitake Inari Bulgogi
The drinks tasted and looked good, although weren't the best we've ever had. They were just a little bit too expensive for the taste, although the wild strawberry latte is great, if you'd like to try something new.
The Onigiri had the right amount of filling, although the vegan ones tasted a little bit bland. I wish the vegan menu had some spicy options, too. The sauce in Bulgogi was tasty. However, the price of all the Onigiri is very inadequate to the taste.
In general, the food is quite ordinary for the price, but the Flower Latte we can recommend if you haven't tried anything similar yet.
CAT ROOM
When it comes to the Cat Room, we were pretty disappointed. It is just a room behind bars. The cats cannot roam freely in the café and there are restrictions to go inside. There are around 8 tables in the Cat Room and to enter you have to wait in a queue, based on when you ordered.
What we had a problem with is the fact, that once you enter, you can stay in there for an unlimited amount of time. We were unlucky, because there were some obnoxious people who had been already inside once we entered the café and stayed inside even after we left, successfully blocking the tables for other clients (and we ourselves spent almost two hours(!) inside, but only around 30 of it was in the Cat Room, due to the lack of space). Cats are cute, but since they are locked in the room, there should be some restrictions about the amount of time you can spend inside, so that every customer could eventually enter without having to wait for over an hour (!). You can eat and drink freely in the cat room. If you received your food before entering the room, the staff helps you move it.
Once we went in, some cats were already asleep (not blaming them, they have been working all day!). There is a rule not to disturb them while they're sleeping, but some people did it anyway and staff doesn't rebuke them. They look cute but don't like to get pet much. My favorite was the Sphynx cat, who was the most eager to receive pets. The cats seemed annoyed though, and tried to escape the room when the door was opening. There should be more cat toys around the room to make it easier to interact with the cats.
Tl;dr: If you really want to enter the Cat Room during your visit, prepare for waiting a long time. The food is alright, but ordinary and not really worth the price. The (wild strawberry) Flower Latte is interesting and worth trying. In general, the place is overrated, both the menu and the way the café is organized should be improved to really be worth the price. The staff at the bar is very nice, the cats are difficult to interact with. The atmosphere is weird and not very welcoming in the cat room. There is only one toilet for everyone and it didn't smell the best. We don't plan on...
Read moreIt just does not come as right to describe Purr Purr's milieu by the use of exquisite adjectives - it's all a fluffy, silly world. The place openly presents itself to one as a lovely cat house, that is to say, a visitor has to undergo the ruling of cats. I would not go as far to say they are imposing their will on people, however. During my first visit in here the inhabitants were mostly asleep, which is certainly a good thing: a sleeping cat is a sign of inner peace, which is not achievable without the respect of guests. What particularly caught my attention was Jiji, a sphinx named after "Kiki's Delivery" equivalent. A monster in-the-making that was constantly causing havoc in the room and outside of it (to a nice extent, of course). I was not able to capture any of other cats' names. Yet, I feel sure to change that within myriad of future visits.
With the afore-mentioned Jiji’s presence, the cat room consists of various Japanese references (Ghibli included) alongside of cozy & spacious area just for cats. People are able to set themselves and relax, with the look of the little world created by their owners (and certainly caring parents).
I do not agree with other comments pointing at service for being a bit confused - they seem invested and hugely focused on improvement. Natural behavior is surely a way of creating a bond between the place, service and either a newcomer, or a frequent visitor.
Of course, I do greatly recommend the place for the previous block of text. Cats, being an important aspect of an existing cat cafe (duh), do not have an impact on food quality. The following is equally as good, though (including drinks!).
A very, but very important pinpoint on the (food) map of Warsaw. Easy to reach, within walking distance from Warszawa Srodmiescie train station or use of a streetcar.

Read moreNine months ago, this place had some of the best onigiri in the city. Today, they were the worst umeboshi (with plum) and tartare (with spicy salmon) I have ever tried. The umeboshi recipe was changed (for no clear reason). They added mayonnaise, which separates when it comes into contact with the plum, making the onigiri taste completely off. Previously, there was no mayonnaise, and the recipe was excellent. Instead of the umeboshi, which was impossible to eat, I ordered the tartare (thinking it would be hard to mess up). But the chef somehow managed—by drowning it in mayonnaise, which was literally oozing out of the filling, and by completely omitting the promised spiciness.
Whoever came up with this recipe should be fired—it’s absolutely awful!
Answer for your comment: Also i shouldnt „looked at myself first” because its not my fall that you provide bad service and awful communication here (an attempt to shift responsibility for your mistakes onto visitors) just shows how you treat ppl who dont like smth (if you write me “look at myself” can imagine what would you said in person).
Second update: I dont provide you service and didnt ask about your personal opinion about me. This review about your work, not about nice you person as human or no, and its absolutely unprofessional trying to give me your opinion wich not connected with food problem or you trying shift responsibility for your...
