Silver Dragon — Restaurant in Warsaw

Please note that this place is located in the underpass connecting the metro and Warsaw Central stations. I ordered Tom-Yam-Gung soup and Thai style chicken breast and paid 45 złoty (10 euros). The soup was really delicious, the balance of the ingredients was just right. The ingredients themselves, the mushrooms and vegetables, were fresh and full of flavour. I would have preferred the soup to be just a little bit more spicy. All in all, one of the best Thai inspired soups I have ever had. The coated Thai style chicken breast was served with sweet and sour sauce. The breast was fried well, the coating was properly crispy. Sauerkraut was served as garnish, it was OK, maybe other vegetables would have made the dish a bit more interesting. I especially liked the rice served together with this meal, it held together well and was perfectly tender. The meals were prepared in a timely fashion; as soon as I finished the soup, the chicken was served piping hot. The portions were of the right size, I filled my stomach with delicious food. How to find If you are not from Warsaw, and just a tourist its not easy to find this place back, happily i had a friend from Poland with me who could show us the way. Parking possibilities only at the central trainstation nearby. Best way to go there is on foot.

Ordering / friendlyness of the staff: The staff was very friendly and nice to talk to! Ordering was easy since they have a english and polish menu. What makes it easy to find the right dish.

Food quality For what you have to pay (as a foreigner) its great, a lot and healthy. Compared with other places that I visited in the past this one is better (price/quality)

Wegetarian makaron and forget the other one. Both taste really good, but the makaron can be better. However, the other one was great! Love it. And the portion also big for the price. Really student friendly 😜
