⚠️ Scamming practices⚠️
The pizza is ok, quite overpriced, but it's expected according to the Pizza Hut brand. The service, however, left me with a very bad impression.
We placed our order consisting of a pizza, a bottle of water and another drink. The waiter brought the other drink after a few minutes, and we told him we would like to exchange the water for two refillable drinks, to which he replied it would be ok. A few minutes later, we also got our refillable drinks.
When we asked for the check, we noticed the water was still added to the bill. He said they had already opened the bottle and they couldn't do anything with it. I doubt there weren't other people who had ordered water at about the same time and it could have been served to. Also, if this was really the case, he should have informed us clearly about the situation when we asked to change the order, not try to sneak it in on our bill. I remarked that he hadn't even brought the water (which is hilarious given that we had to pay for it), so eventually he brought it. I think another thing to notice here is that it would be nice to open bottles in front of the clients, but that's another story. We were also in a hurry so we didn't ask for any refills for our refillable drinks, so basically that should have also saved them money.
The fact that they try to profit off customers is shameful, and I regret I didn't stand up and and I didn't refuse to pay for that water, but I was also short on time. Just beware of these techniques that are practised in this place, and if you have a choice (which in the old town you sure do), definitely go to...

Read moreThe restaurant is well placed and big. Unfortunately, I entered here during the lunchtime and this was a mistake. Crew wasn’t able to keep up the pace. Many orders were very delayed and prepared not in line with order. Both pizzas I delivered was done wrong. Missing ingredient on first and wrong sauce on the second. In total we had to wait over 70 minutes for the 2nd pizza. At the end promotion I wanted to apply (staff wrote my number to do so) was not applied at all. I wasn’t arguing as I wanted to leave this place and drive home but I will never be back again.
What I observed - there is not enough crew to serve people during the peak times. 15+ minutes before waiter collects the order and 40-50 minutes of waiting for a pizza? Unfortunately, it happens in Pizza Hut restaurants in different cities - they pushes crew to their limits instead of hiring more people even on a part time. In the result, they are overloaded, overworked, guests are waiting and complaining while it’s not a...
