Hello, I am the customer whose wallet was stolen at your café last week on December 15th. I understand that my wallet is unlikely to be found, but I’m still very curious—were you able to identify who the thief was? Was it the family who was sitting behind us at the time? I’d like to ask about the results of your review of the surveillance footage.

Edit: Thank you for your assistance. I am quite certain that my wallet was still with me when I entered your store. I had placed it in the pocket of my jacket, and when I realized it was missing, both zippers on my pockets had been opened. I suspect it was the family sitting behind me who committed the theft while placing their child’s clothes on the seat behind mine, as the two chairs were extremely close together.

I actually vaguely felt my jacket being moved, but after checking with my hand once or twice and confirming my wallet was still there, I didn’t pay further attention. Unfortunately, the wallet ended up being stolen. (Someone must have lingered around my seat for quite some time, and if you review the footage, you might notice this.)

I’m not sure if you’ve carefully reviewed the surveillance footage. I understand that you might be concerned about how this incident could affect your store’s reputation, and I also know that you might find this troublesome. However, if nothing unusual is visible on the footage, it’s quite clear that there’s a blind spot in that area. I hope you can address this issue in the future to prevent similar incidents from...

we went two consecutive days for breakfast and the outdoor vibes was lovely. delicious and good portion breakfast even tho simple. good value and very calm place on the street. The service on our first day was excellent by this one young pretty waitress. she was polite and friendly.

However, on our 2nd day, a male staff sat us on our table. We were politely asking about an umbrella to at least have some shade and if we can order at the counter to not hassle him since we were at the counter already and he rudely told us “Grab a seat, we will go to your table!” with a rude and high tone of voice. I dont want to confuse him with other male staff so to describe him more accurately, he is the male staff with the not so good facial skin/texture. His attitude towards us completely ruined our morning mood while we were hoping it will be a great breakfast again just like the previous day. Not worth going back here if we will be served by...

So let me tell you a story about my experience 🤩

It was the end of summer and the night was cold (not full of terror) and we were looking for a cozy place to sit and talk, so we were walking around the old town.

We stood in front of the window and we were admiring the inside of the cafe (from the outside ☹️)

And there she was, Julia, an awesome lady who works in the cafe and she offered us a shelter.

(Thank you Julia, you are awesome, keep up the your amazing work, don’t forget the pillows)

And the night went from awesome to perfect.

The inside is soooo cute, cozy, feels like home and looks amazing.

I would say the food is good (I tried the hot chocolate only and it was amazing)

My favorite spot is the window table, I recommend it.

We got a special treat too, that something to add too

In general, this is an amazing place I...

Lovely place for breakfast, one of the cafes first open in the Old Town on a Sunday morning. Food was very tasty, and although we ended up too full to actually eat them, the cakes in the display case looked amazing. They also serve pumpkin spice lattes year round which is a huge plus :) Also plenty of English books to read while you wait! I think there are more English books in this one cafe than there are in any of the "English bookstores" we've been to haha. The menu is also in English and the staff speak it perfectly. You can sit both outside and inside, and there is a restroom guests can use. Lovely place for a break in Old Town.
