We gave this place two chances, as for the first time we went there with our small child (our bad) and we had to get out fast as he threw a tantrum. We kindly asked to pack our pizzas, and we were handed a box...to pack it all by ourselves. This has never happened to us anywhere. Gladly, seeing our reaction, the waitress helped to transfer the slices from the plate to the box. We didn't risk again for the second time and opted for a takeaway. So I came and asked for my order, and the waitress asked what the pizza names were. I told her I didn't remember. One was Margherita (easy), the other one was San something, the names of saints are not helpful to remember the ingredients etc. So I asked if she could look our order up by our name and last name, the reply was "We don't take customers names, we search by pizza names as we have too many orders". I mean, online we gave our name, last name, phone, email, and none of these could be looked up, it absolutely had to be the pizza name. Was it Antonio? Giuseppe? Who knows.. The pizza was very good ( hence 3 stars), but something's just not quite right with the management. The waiters give this stressed and exhausted vibe, which is normal given the amount of people to serve, and the waiters were maybe 3-4? Both times I didn't feel welcomed. The feeling was "uh, another customer, we've got too many already". I had bigger expectations after reading others' reviews. Maybe we weren't...
Read more(5 stars for food, 2 stars for service) Wonderful Italian food with a truly terrible service. Agree with all other reviews: amazing meals go in pair with the bad stuff or rather I would say it’s a bad management of the restaurant. Tried a delicious salmon salad together with olives and white hot wine – perfect! However then after around 30 min it was decided to order some pizza and only then we received the information that the waiting time is 50 min! They could actually tell this in the beginning that “guys better order everything now because waiting time is really long”. Ok then we wait. Besides pizza we ordered pasta and one more hot wine – well, did you know that hot wine is being prepared longer than pasta with mushrooms? I ate my pasta when wine arrived. Ok, ordered tiramisu to drink wine with something. Tiramisu was excellent! After I ate tiramisu, arrived pizza on our table, yay, which wasn’t hot, so it was waiting to be taken by the staff. Surprisingly bill was received very fast. And yes, please don’t tell you have a lot of guests and it was super busy – it’s always like that, always a lot of people – the reason is in bad management, hire more people if you are not able to take orders fast. And maybe some educational workshops how to talk to customers, not with a face “I don’t care, f* off, are you done” emotions. Indeed food is awesome, so high recommendation is just to order to go /...

English: This pizza place is definitely one of not so many places to serve something else than the Neapolitan dough. The neapoli pizza dominated the pizza market so much that it’s pretty much all you can get in the city, so it’s nice to see that this one does something different. The pizzeria is a chain restaurant with 20 other places all across Poland, but nevertheless it is decent. Fresh good quality ingredients, very thin and crunchy dough. The downside is that the pie is 32cm and costs 50pln which makes it one of the most expensive pizza places you can find in town. It is very similar to ‘Rucolla’ pizza chain in Warsaw, it’s so similar that it’s hard to tell the difference, but definitely smaller and more expensive. The place is nicely decorated, clean and tidy, the staff is friendly and smiles, which is a plus. Would come back again to try something else.
