Ritual is located on Mazowiecka, a busy street which has established itself as the place to go in the city for clubs and music venues in Warsaw, featuring local favourites such as Mono Bar, Zoo, Enklawa and the Tygmont Jazz Club. While the street is completely voided or low-key bar spots, Ritual provides a more intimate setting while still delivering live music, a decent size dance area and a sofas area at the back of the venue. Like most places on the street, it features bouncers and a limited entry policy. Of you are planning on going get there early and arm yourself with patience. My girlfriend and I arrived early in the evening and had to problems getting in or finding a table by the bar. However as the night progressed and we came back into the venue, a line was starting to form outside.
The live band was good and once their set finished, the dance floor opened up to some good tunes. We ordered a bottle of Pinor Noir, the Carpaccio and Nachos from a very friendly and efficient waitress. With that said I would not recommend ordering the food as the nachos and Carpaccio were at best average. Considering the area, Ritual is a great spot for live music and a combination of dancing, cocktails in an...
Read moreI spend all evening in the bar today alone. The service at the bar is very good, the bar keepers are nice people. I smoked a shisha and I can tell you as a experienced shisha smoker that the shisha is shit here. I claimed it and got another flavour but that did not helped. To make the club look full, they buy ladies for the dance floor to fill it up. The entrance fee is 8eur. The shisha costs 32eur. Mainly only girls music is being played. The club was empty on a Wednesday night.. As expected. Only guys inside, beside of some Escort girl which are waiting for some guys to **them. The reason I give only 1 star is because of the bouncer who was mainly sitting in the inside entrance of the club(Muslim man) While I was exiting the club, he was very aggressive to me. He took it personal that I left my ticket at the entrance, he attacked me by the throat and threatened me to pick up the ticket. I was terrified, I was not able to call the police because I was...
Read moreI don’t really do clubs but I have never experienced racism the way I did last night. We were a group of Indian friends first the bouncer was not letting in one if our friend saying he doesn’t look like the pictures on his card anyways it’s understandable it happens sometimes. Then in the bar they were being racist from the beginning calling us words with the other customers. We just tried to be nice. The people in the club were nice but the workers were trash. While leaving the club one if the bouncers were literally pushing my friend like when I say push I mean aggressively he was pushing him out and I don’t even know why I was right in front of him taking our coats after that they were pushing us out like we were nobodies. We have been to many other clubs but we were never treated this badly. No doubt I had always heard good stuffs about the club but they were being too...
