Additionally, he is always happy to answer any questions and address any concerns, ensuring that every customer feels confident and informed about their hookah experience.He is personable, friendly, and genuinely cares about his customers. He goes above and beyond to make sure that each customer's needs are met, and is always happy to provide recommendations and suggestions based on their preferences.He clearly takes great care in selecting and preparing his products, and it shows in the end result.

I had to wait a bit for coffee, but after a long wait it was brought, well, frankly the cleanliness of the cup upset me - but they made me a new one, thank you! I ordered beef tartare and broth - it was delicious. I found the broth lacking in flavor, but maybe that's just my taste. The atmosphere in general is ok. Spacious halls, clean and very elegant. Jestem bardzo rozczarowana obsługą w tym miejscu. Na temat jedzenia nie jestem w stanie się wypowiedzieć ponieważ nie miałam okazji zjeść ani wypić. Po spektaklu w tetrze postanowiłam z moją partnerką przedłużyć ten wspaniały wieczór i usiąść w sympatycznej knajpce zjeść coś fajnego i wypić po piwku czy drinku. Postanowienie idziemy do kufla ponieważ byłyśmy w tym miejscu i było miło i sympatycznie włączyło Nam się powtórzmy TO. !!! No niestety się nie powtórzyło🤷‍♀️ Usiadłyśmy na zewnątrz godziną 21.30 czekamy czekamy czekamy wyczekałyśmy jest Pani😁. Dość szybko zdecydowałyśmy co zjemy ( spróbujemy ) i po piwku. I dalej pomimo odłożenia kart czekamy czekamy czekamy z zegarkiem w ręku 14 minut. Jestem cierpliwą osobą sama pracuje w handlu / gastronomi, ale niestety z powodu braku zainteresowania ( pomimo próby znalezienia wzrokiem osoby z obsługi )- jedyną osobą z obsługi którą widziałyśmy był Pan który dwukrotnie wyszedł na papierosa - zrezygnowałyśmy z konsumpcji w Państwa restauracji. Było Nam bardzo przykro z zakończenia wieczoru w takiej atmosferze. Pomimo dużych chęci spędzenia fajnych chwil , zjedzenia fajnego jedzonka i pozostawienia u Państwa swoich ciężko zarobionych pieniędzy musiałam napisać opinie ponieważ ten wieczór był dla mnie bardzo ważny a dzięki Państwu był...
