The location is cozy and luxurious, and the quality of the shisha and drinks was excellent. However, there were two main issues that stood out during our visit.

Firstly, the "shisha master" was unfriendly and didn't introduce himself. He expected us to understand their unique system, which differs from typical shisha bars, and there was no menu provided to explain the options or prices for the shisha.

Secondly, the pricing for the shisha was unexpectedly high. We anticipated higher costs due to the luxurious setting, but the shisha ended up costing 250 zł, plus a 10% service charge, which was significantly more expensive than shisha bars where we live in Zurich, a city known for its high prices. We only learned the price when we received the bill, which was a shock.

While the overall atmosphere and quality were good, the lack of transparency around the pricing and the unfriendly service of the "shisha master" were disappointing. I recommend that they address these issues by training their shisha master in customer service and providing a clear shisha menu with prices, so customers know what they will...

I gave them 4 stars before but now I have to edit to 1 star. Been waiting for a refund for more than 1 month while asking them several times, never experienced worse Costumer service. I also went there to ask for a refund in person. Mrs. Agata (some kind of manager) didn’t want to give us the money back because she told us she will do a bank transfer. I couldn’t believe her and told her that we will wait for her to do a bank transfer in that moment. She got away with it again by telling us that her manager is not there today and that he will do it the next day. I asked her to at least write us an e-mail as a confirmation of our agreement. She accepted without hesitation but then our refund never came. Yesterday she even told my friend that she did a bank transfer, but we never...

My girlfriend and I had a fantastic dinner at Selavi. The service was outstanding—the staff was friendly, kind, and really attentive. They were quick and efficient, and we appreciated their helpful suggestions. We can’t appreciate more her kind suggestions and advice as for food, wine and dessert☺️

The food was absolutely delicious! We tried the marinated avocado, fried octopus with veggies, and a dessert, all paired with a lovely white wine. Oh boy, all was so delicious! Everything was cooked to perfection and tasted amazing. The wine selection was impressive, with a variety of options to complement our meal perfectly. A big shout-out to the chef!

We highly recommend this restaurant to everyone visiting city! It was a wonderful experience, and we can't wait...
