Same Fusy. Tea Room and Cafe — Restaurant in Warsaw

It was an evening when my friends and I planned to enjoy a cozy atmosphere in the cafe over a cup of tea, but unfortunately, we received a bitter experience instead of the warmth we anticipated. We called ahead to reserve a table, only to be told that they don’t take reservations. However, when we arrived, we were surprised to see several tables marked as reserved, while the rest were occupied.

We stood there, confused and disappointed, while the staff made no attempt to help or show even basic courtesy. Other patrons were also waiting for a table, but it felt as though we were all just unwelcome. After some time, we were bluntly asked to leave because our waiting was “inconveniencing” other guests. No one offered to put us in a queue or find any temporary solution.

This cafe shattered our expectations like broken teacups that might have once held their famous tea. No drink could ever make up for the feeling left by such treatment – only a lingering aftertaste remains, perfectly summing up this story of how guests are taken...

Absolutely the best tea place I’ve ever been to! The selection of teas is incredibly diverse — a true paradise for tea lovers. Every cup is of outstanding quality, clearly prepared with care and expertise. The cakes are equally delightful — fresh, flavorful, and the perfect companion to the tea.

The only think you could see as a "bad" thing is that some things there are bit on a pricy side. But honestly, you're at the old town and it's kinda on point to pay for the quality. But now to the main point. We loved it there! As we got down to the basement it was maybe too hot there at first but it became much better quickly. The atmosphere there is really nice and you have plenty kinds of tea and other drinks to choose from, also something to eat is there. The thing i would mention as the best was the service. The young man came very quickly, was very nice and as he realized that we don't speak polish, quickly offered us an english menu and as the one with cold drinks was only in polish, he explained everything. The man at the bar where we went to pay was really nice too. A great spot to spend...
