SUSHIME Sushi & Grill Grzybowska — Restaurant in Warsaw

We stumbled upon SushiMe by chance late in the evening, as it was just around the corner from our hotel—and we’re so glad we did! The place feels clean and welcoming right from the entrance. The staff greeted us warmly and were attentive throughout, even if the service seemed a little uncoordinated at times—likely just early growing pains for a new spot.

We ordered edamame, avocado maki, and two types of inside-out rolls—one with tempura shrimp and the other with seared salmon. The freshness of the ingredients really stood out. We especially appreciated thoughtful touches like kumquat and crispy elements, which added a delightful surprise to each bite.

Some of the dishes were served on sleek white plates—a small detail, but it really enhanced the presentation. As they say, we eat with our eyes first!

All in all, SushiMe offers a delicious experience with good value for money. Definitely worth visiting and we’re excited to see how this new gem...

We went there with a friend and we both ordered the shrimp sushi burger. There was a bit of a wait, but it's was totally worth it. The atmosphere was cozy and the staff friendly and inviting. Then the burger came and changed our lives forever. Every bite was like a flavor explosion happening in your mouth. And the sweet potato chips with the sweet/chili dip were complementing the burger beyond what words can describe. To say it was a life changing experience is really an understatement! Friendly service and truly tasty, high-quality food. However, what stood out the most was the kitschy, cheaply styled interior – plastic candles on the tables and flashy cocktail ads make it feel more like a fast-food spot than a modern sushi restaurant.

The fan wall is a nice and distinctive touch, but everything else feels rather tasteless and cluttered. The background music was also disappointing – just generic mainstream pop that added nothing to the atmosphere.
