The place is nice and the food was lovely. Mellow vibe, not too loud. Excellent coffee.

Somewhat slow staff and just ok service leaves you wondering if your order has been forgotten. We placed a simple order: 3 identical breakfasts for 3 people. Each one arrived at a different time. The first person had long since finished by the time the 3rd could begin. Each order was accidentally different as the staff had forgotten ingredients.

This would all be ok but for the fact that the price is quite high and you would expect more professional service at such a price point. This is all easily remedied and one would hope the next visit will see improvement. For example the staff could use proper tools instead of their hands to...

The food used to be much nicer, perhaps the cooking staff has changed? The service was never stellar or fast but it’s got worse, it seems. We ordered three dishes, were told they would take 20 minutes, took 40 for 2/3 dishes to arrive and when I went to enquire about the missing one, the staff told me simply that it wasn’t there. No apology, no effort to solve a problem. Hugely disappointing. It’s perhaps a place run by students/ part-timers. It’s got a pleasant enough location and an attractive hipster vibe but for a vegan place might as well go to Mezze not...

It has turned into free co-working space, where people order 1 coffee and sit for the whole day. Makes it really difficult to find a place to sit if you just come for lunch. Some people literally leave their laptops like towels and go out somewhere else only to come back later. There should be some rules in place.
