Wybitnie Nieznani — Restaurant in Warsaw

We recently visited a new restaurant in Warsaw and I would like to share my impressions. First of all, I must mention that the restaurant impressed me not only with its cozy atmosphere and excellent service, but also with the exceptionally high food quality – a rare find in Warsaw. When it comes to the dishes, the chicken broth was very flavorful and of high quality. The pork schnitzel was crispy, and the accompanying salad and mashed potatoes warmly reminded me of my childhood. The Caesar salad was one of the best I’ve ever had: fresh dressing, perfect balance of ingredients, and a perfectly cooked egg. Often, Caesar salads in restaurants are incomplete, but here it was absolutely perfect. As for the desserts – simply amazing! The Dubai-style tiramisu was the perfect choice: a perfectly balanced flavor and an outstanding pistachio cream, which was so smooth it left an unforgettable impression. Wybitnie Nieznani is a truly underrated gem nestled in the heart of Warsaw, right inside the striking Varso Tower—the tallest building in the European Union and a modern architectural icon. With its sleek design and unmatched location, Varso offers a unique setting, and Wybitnie Nieznani lives up to the prestige.

Their lunch menu is a standout—offering exceptional quality at a price that’s hard to beat in such a prime location. Dishes are crafted with care, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. In the evening, the restaurant transforms into a cozy, intimate spot perfect for a late dinner or a romantic drink, with an atmosphere that blends sophistication and comfort. Bardzo przyjemne miejsce. Czy wybitne? Jeszcze nie, ale myślę, że ma potencjał, żeby takim się stać. Byliśmy tam dużą grupą w ramach business lunchu, i to spotkanie było bardzo udane dzięki przemiłym kelnerom i dobremu jedzeniu. Zaczęliśmy od przystawek, które były smaczne, ale nie zaskoczyły mnie niczym szczególnym. Czasem miałam wrażenie, że ktoś w kuchni zapomniał o przyprawach. Sałaty były w porządku, seler trochę mało słony. Zamówiliśmy potem napary i lemoniady, które były bardzo dobre. Jako danie główne każdy wybrał coś innego. I muszę przyznać, że każde danie było ładnie podane i bardzo dobre. Steki były przygotowane idealnie, według preferencji. Ja zamówiłam halibuta i to był strzał w dziesiątkę. Ryba była idealnie zrobiona, rozpływała się w ustach i ten smak! Takiego halibuta nie jadłam nawet nad morzem 😉. Podany był razem z dzikim brokułem, który uwielbiam. Do tego kuskus perłowy. Trio idealne. Lunch zakończyliśmy deserem: tiramisu pistacjowym, otulonym ciastem kadayif. Krem był pyszny, nie za słodki, lekko pistacjowy. Niestety biszkopty na dole nie były zbyt dobrze nasączone, część była zbyt chrupiąca, co psuło ogólny efekt. Ogólne wrażenie, mimo kilku niedociągnięć było bardzo dobre. Będę obserwować dalej tę restaurację i na pewno jeszcze tam zajrzę. Mam nadzieję na to, że menu będzie się zmieniać, a restauracja będzie go dopasowywać do najlepszych lokalnych,...
