As an avid food enthusiast and a former regular customer, it pains me to express my disappointment with the biryani I ordered today from a place that once prided itself on quality. Having enjoyed their flavorsome biryanis in the past, I had high expectations, but unfortunately, the experience fell short this time.

One of the most significant aspects that made their biryani remarkable before was the well-balanced spice level. However, this time, the dish lacked the desired heat and depth of flavors that I had come to expect. The spices used in the biryani failed to create the harmonious blend that used to tantalize my taste buds, leaving the dish lackluster and underwhelming.

As a former regular customer, I have noticed a decline in the overall quality of the biryani compared to a year ago. The flavors that once delighted and satisfied my palate now seem diminished and uninspiring. It is regrettable to witness such a drop in quality, particularly when they had previously set a high standard.

In all fairness, I acknowledge that taste preferences can vary, and perhaps this experience was an anomaly. However, based on my recent encounter, I am compelled to rate my overall satisfaction with the biryani at 2.5 out of 5. This rating reflects my disappointment in the dish’s lack of spice, as well as the noticeable decline in quality over time.

I hope that the establishment will take this feedback constructively and work towards restoring the exceptional culinary experience they were once known for. As a former regular customer, I genuinely wish to see them regain their former glory and offer biryanis that can once again captivate and satisfy the discerning palates of their patrons.

Jako zapalony entuzjasta jedzenia i były stały klient z bólem wyrażam rozczarowanie biryani, które zamówiłem dzisiaj z miejsca, które kiedyś szczyciło się jakością. Ciesząc się ich smakowitymi biryani w przeszłości, miałem wysokie oczekiwania, ale niestety tym razem doświadczenie się nie udało.

Jednym z najważniejszych aspektów, które wcześniej wyróżniały ich biryani, był dobrze wyważony poziom przypraw. Jednak tym razem potrawie brakowało pożądanego ciepła i głębi smaków, których się spodziewałem. Przyprawy użyte w biryani nie stworzyły harmonijnej mieszanki, która kusiła moje kubki smakowe, pozostawiając danie nijakie i rozczarowujące.

Jako były stały klient zauważyłem spadek ogólnej jakości biryani w porównaniu do roku temu. Smaki, które kiedyś zachwycały i zadowalały moje podniebienie, teraz wydają się osłabione i mało inspirujące. Przykro jest być świadkiem takiego spadku jakości, zwłaszcza gdy wcześniej wyznaczyli wysoki standard.

Z całą uczciwością przyznaję, że preferencje smakowe mogą się różnić i być może to doświadczenie było anomalią. Jednak na podstawie mojego niedawnego spotkania jestem zmuszony ocenić moją ogólną satysfakcję z biryani na 2,5 z 5. Ta ocena odzwierciedla moje rozczarowanie brakiem przypraw w daniu, a także zauważalny spadek jakości w czasie.

Mam nadzieję, że lokal przyjmie te opinie konstruktywnie i będzie dążył do przywrócenia wyjątkowych doznań kulinarnych, z których kiedyś był znany. Jako były stały klient szczerze pragnę, aby odzyskali dawną świetność i zaoferowali biryani, które po raz kolejny mogą urzec i zadowolić wymagające podniebienia ich klientów.

Stopped here for some dinner before going to the airport for a late flight.

I was the only customer, which wasn't a good sign. I was presented with a menu that had higher prices than those displayed outside. If I hadn't been in a rush to get to the airport, I would've left and eaten elsewhere at this point.

Ordered the chicken kadai (asked for it to be spicy, which it was). They don't appear to sell alcohol, so I had a Pepsi Zero. The waiter wasn't sure if they had this drink, despite being on the menu outside, but confirmed they did after checking the fridge.

Food was tasty and cooked fresh (you could hear and smell it being cooked immediately after ordering, since I was the only customer), but the portion was very small and subsequently I ate it in a few minutes. The total bill was 46zl, with no proper breakdown of the price on the receipt.

The restaurant was cold, with little atmosphere. As the kitchen is open and there's little ventilation, my clothes smelt of food after leaving...

This restaurant is absolutely incredible. The food is amazing, I personally ordered the chicken tikka masala with butter naan. The bread is absolutely stunning, easily tears, and each bite is flavorful. I can't even start on the main dish itself because words can't fully express how delicious it was.

The service was great! Came in once or twice to ask me if I need anything, whether the food isn't too spicy and if I need anything else. The owner seemed really interested in my opinion on the food, seeing as I'm not used to this cuisine.

The atmosphere was very comforting. There were a lot of people who came in with their family to enjoy the food, the food they're served here was local to them in their own country so seeing them return makes me believe that this is how this food is supposed to taste. I am truly not disappointed.
