Thai Thai Wrocław — Restaurant in Wrocław

Went today to try it, since we love Thai food. It’s strange they don’t even have basic Thai drinks like Thai milk tea or watermelon or coconut smoothies, which are very common in Thailand. The soups we had was very good and flavorful. The panang curry was almost good. It was good but definitely a watered down flavor. Also, Thailand is known for great flavorful dishes at an affordable low price but this place is very expensive, when you could instead go to a fancy restaurant and pay that. Really wish the prices were half of what they are and the flavors were more authentic. It’s like the Polish version of what Thai food is, watered down flavor. You remove half the flavor and double the price. I think you’re paying more for the location and the overdone decor than you pay for the actual authentic...

Unfortunately this is a case of style of substance. Disappointing food given the price (even if it was half the price it would still be average Thai food). We had the pork neck for starters, it was tough and chewy and had clearly been cooked beforehand and reheated. The chilli squid was nice enough. Both though came with dipping sauces that were clearly straight out of a bottle from Auchan - not what you expect for a high end restaurant. The place was empty on a Saturday evening, no atmosphere. Staff were friendly and pleasant, however when our waiter left due to shift change our plates remained on the table for an extended time and we had to call the waitress over to get the bill… needless to say we didn’t stay...

My boyfriend and I went here for dinner three weeks ago and unfortunately the restaurant didn't meet our expectations. First of all, the service was great and the place was really fancy. So about the food: the fried rice was tasteless and it tasted like it wasn't fried enough. (As a certified fried rice eater who likes to eat it once a week, it disappointed me.) The grilled octopus was good and the sauce was really on point!! We also liked the mango sticky rice and the drink. Overall, there was some good food but with the price we had to pay, we expected a lot more. We'll give this restaurant another try again in the future and I hope the food...
