My favorite pizza place in Wroclaw!

Pros: The food is incredibly tasty, and the service inside is fast. They use high-quality ingredients. The tomato sauce is delicious. The atmosphere is comfortable and cozy, making it a pleasant place to dine.

Cons: Unfortunately, it's not possible to book a table, and there are often long queues outside. Waiting in line during the winter can be particularly challenging. Additionally, the service can be hit or miss, with some staff members being rude. The consistency of pizza quality also varies. Sometimes it's amazing, while other times it's just average.

Last January, my friends and I (a group of six people) decided to have dinner there. Unfortunately, we had to wait outside in the cold for over an hour. It was a frustrating experience because people who arrived after us were being seated without any updates from the staff regarding our table status. We were hungry, tired, and freezing cold, making it a particularly unpleasant time.

In my opinion, this place is better suited for smaller groups, with a maximum of four people. However, if you have a larger group, it's advisable to visit during non-peak times to avoid long queues and potential wait times. This way, you'll have a better chance of securing a table and enjoying your meal without the inconvenience of overcrowding. Me and my friends were trying to get into this place for a couple of weeks and it has always been busy which we thought was a good sign of a desirable place in Wroclaw. Finally we made it. We have ordered 2 pizzas and cider. One of the pizzas was ordered without corn and cider was ordered without ice. Upon receiving the order we ended up getting cider with ice and pizza with corn on it. Moreover right after trying the cider all 3 of us felt that it was spoiled and tasted sour. We asked our waitress to return it since it was undrinkable. Later on we ordered more drinks. When we received our check the cider that we returned was included into the check! UNBELIEVABLE! We have experienced the worst customer service in Vaffanapoli. Obviously we pointed out all those mistakes but our waitress did NOT even apologize for that. Overall after reading all the reviews and anticipation of "the best pizza in town" - we ended up with OK (nothing fantastic) pizza and disgusting service in a place that does not care about customers. Good food (both pizzas and pasta).

Service is a complete disaster. From not bringing enough glasses or knives/forks for the people in the table, to waitresses that do not tell you what they have or not, don't explain the menu, leave dirty plates on the table even when you ask them to take them away, etc. Even when you are trying to order, do not dare to think about what you want longer than 30s (remember that she didn't tell you that they don't have XYZ and now you have to recheck the menu) to eat or have a doubt, they just leave and go to another table with a disgusted face and a "sigh".... Can they at least inform you about the option of a lunch menu? Nope, you gotta figure that out yourself.

It seems they just hire students that don't really wanna be there as waiters and you can really tell they'd rather be somewhere else than serving your food.

Not repeating this place and not recommending anybody...
