Bułka z Masłem Włodkowica — Restaurant in Wrocław

I visited this place during the Easter holidays to sample traditional Polish dishes, and I have to say that the food was excellent. The seasoning, interesting serving, and menu composition were all great, and I would give them 5 stars for it. The atmosphere and design of the place were also impressive, and even the passage through the garden was lovely.

However, the staff didn't seem to be having their best day, and I felt that they could have been more welcoming with a smile. Additionally, the beer glasses were not as clean as they could have been, which gave an overall unclean impression. The toilets also had a basement-like appearance, which was disappointing.

Despite these minor issues, I still highly recommend this establishment with a rating of 92 out of 100. I will definitely visit the place again to sample more of their...

Decorations and location is very cute - that's why I give them 1 star.

But everything else has a lot of questions. First is service. We had a group of 12 people and waiters on the ground floor said that it is prohibited to combine 3 tables and we have to go upstairs. It was weird because there were free tables. Upstairs was some big reservation inside, but it had 6 free tables outside. And waiters strictly refused to create some space for us to sit and we were not allowed to connect tables by ourselves . As a result our company had to sit separetly and was not able to had quality time together. Also, the waiting time was very long and employees didn't want to help us to be comfortable.

Second is food. It is super overrated. 29 zł for 6 pierogi?! Or 32 zł for baked asparagus with potatoes. Really?! Total...

Amazing greenhouse packed in the concept of the restaurant. The place has a huge beautiful terrasse on the 2nd floor, a garden with a fountain in the yard and a nice glass room with heaters for sitting outside in cold weather.

Whereas the atmosphere was great, the service was a bit slow and not very professional. The time serving the dish was twice longer as the waiter promised (it was a simple dish with a predictable cooking time like pizza) and we were running late for the plane because of that, we asked to take away the food and needed to eat it in the taxi. Not a very lovely experience.
