Winners Steakhouse Pub Wrocław — Restaurant in Wrocław

I went there for the champions league final with five friends from England, and I was more than surprised at the vibe I experienced. This place is a slice of heaven inside of wroclaw. They offer sports, steaks and coffees, all of which are very reasonably priced.

Further to this, there is a wonderful woman behind the bar, as I found out tonight. Anja is a wonderful host, she has a great level of English, her sales skills are excellent and her smile manages to melt my heart. On top of this, I found winners bar to be the most chilled sports bar serving food in all of wroclaw and I would suggest to anyone taking a trip to Poland to visit this place......

So after the glorious champions league final, I went back to winners for a couple of visits. Anja was her usual smiling self, only this time she promised me the best burger in Wroclaw.... She did not disappoint me. I ordered the winners burger without cucumber but well done..... Oh my god that had to be the best burger on the planet. The bun was toasted to perfection, the salad was cool and crisp, the sauce applied to the bun made it all the better and the salty bacon that was inside the burger was a perfect match. A very good place to eat (especially steaks) but a BAD place to watch football. The food is tasty, steaks are well-prepared, the meat is high-quality, and the prices are good. The beer selection is small.

Watching football was painful: the seating is uncomfortable, the screens are placed too high, poor quality (with glare), and too small. After two hours of football, both my neck and back were hurting. There are two or three more comfortable spots for viewing, but they were taken.

Neighboring TVs might be showing a music concert or something completely different and loud, which clashes with the sound of your own TV.

And we were unlucky with our waitress—very tactless and unfriendly. I felt like she was doing us a favor. I don’t think it was just us, since she treated others the same way. The other waitress was the complete opposite, but unfortunately, she wasn’t serving us.

In short: if you want a steak, come here (though you might risk unfriendly service). If you want to watch football—go somewhere else, because here you won’t find comfort, quality,...

Poziom obsługi to jest po prostu kpina, tak źle nie potraktowano nas jeszcze nigdzie. Sobota godziny popołudniowe, dwie kelnerki na całą salę i ogródki, nie wnikam czy to za mało personelu, nie obchodzi mnie to jako klienta, w każdym razie gdy usiedliśmy musieliśmy się 2 razy upominać żeby ktoś do nas podszedł, po czym po 30 minutach podeszła pani z wielką łaską i narzekała że są we dwójkę na cały lokal. Złożone zamówienie - napoje i dania, na napoje czekamy kolejne pół godziny, na pytania o czas oczekiwania na dania odpowiedź "nie wiem, nie jestem w stanie nic powiedzieć ani niczego przyspieszyć". W ogóle przy zamawianiu napojów, znajoma zapytała o szczegóły jednego piwa, na co kelnerka odpowiada - "ja to piwa nie lubię i się w ogóle na nim nie znam więc nic nie powiem", faktycznie profesjonalizm 🤣 No więc co było dalej - zamówione napoje zeszły nam dość szybko w ten upalny dzień, a z obsługi nikt u nas ani w ogóle w ogródku nie pojawił się przez kolejne około 30 minut. Poszliśmy do środka zaczepić kelnerkę, powiedziała że podejdzie, no ale przez kwadrans nikt nadal się nie pojawił. Podsumowując - przez ok. 1,5 godziny od zajęcia stolika, jesteśmy po 1 piwie, perspektywy zamówionego jedzenia brak, no i zero obsługi wokół nas. Stwierdziliśmy że mamy tego dość, idziemy samodzielnie do baru zapłacić za napoje i mamy gdzieś tą ich obsługę i jedzenie. Teraz hit - wchodzimy do środka z kolegą żeby zapłacić, łapiemy naszą kelnerkę, tłumaczymy że poziom obsługi to żenada i chcemy zapłacić za napoje oraz już za to wszystko podziękować. Pani z wielkim fochem mówi do nas że zaraz podejdzie. Czekamy z 10 minut pod barem, zaczepiamy panią kolejny zaraz, odpowiedź znowu "zaraz". Mija kolejne 10 minut, znowu zaczepiamy panią, po czym ona nagle staje się w stosunku do nas niemiła a wręcz chamska i mówi podniesionym głosem "mogliście poczekać a nie tak sobie teraz chcecie wyjść" po czym idzie sobie gdzieś. Stwierdziliśmy że to już szczyt wszystkiego, żeby nas jeszcze poniżano - wyszliśmy bez płacenia bo się nie dało tego zrobić. Za ten fakt przepraszam, ale jeśli czyta to jakiś manager to stanowczo podkreślam że taki poziom obsługi nie jest w ogóle do zaakceptowania - to jeden wielki dramat i porażka, nigdy więcej tam nie przyjdziemy i będziemy odradzać wszystkim znajomym, bo coś takiego jest w ogóle nie...
