We recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel PURO, and our experience was mostly fantastic. From the moment we arrived, the ambiance was welcoming and modern, setting the tone for a comfortable stay. The staff was courteous and greeted me with a warm smile, ensuring a smooth check-in process.

The room itself was well-appointed and exuded a stylish, contemporary vibe - that is why we like to stay at PURO. The comfortable bed and quality linens provided a good night's sleep after a day of exploring the city. The amenities within the room, such as the high-speed Wi-Fi and in-room entertainment options, added to the overall convenience of my stay.

The hotel's common areas were equally impressive. The sleek design, cozy lounges, and vibrant atmosphere made it a great place to relax, work, or socialise. The on-site dining options were varied and satisfying.

However, there was a minor hiccup during my stay that we believe needs addressing. Unfortunately, our room was not cleaned during our stay, which was surprising considering the otherwise impeccable service we experienced at Hotel PURO in Poznan or Krakow in previous years. While we understand that oversights can happen, this was a first for us, especially at a hotel of this caliber.

In conclusion, our stay at Hotel PURO was great for all the right reasons. The superb facilities, good service, and contemporary ambiance make it a top choice for travelers seeking a stylish and comfortable stay at any big city in Poland.

Respond to the hotel comment below:

I am glad that you have checked it throughout - the high rating was given but still your service should be improved. We left the room on a few occasions: in the morning to get breakfast and go on a tour, lunch time and again in the afternoon to give even more time for cleaning and making the bed. We have been three times at the reception to inform about it and to ask for extra hard pillows. Each time, there was someone else, different (mostly trainee) staff at the reception who took a note of our request. From early morning we have also pressed the 'clean the room' button, which was clearly visible all day outside our door. Could you tell me what items have been left in the room that the housekeeping couldn't get in and make the bed? (pictures attached from the room on that day) From my understanding it looks like I need to pack all my items and clothes back to the suitcase to allow cleaning? The reason you provided is quite ridiculous. It is not the first time I'm staying at the hotel and I have worked for some in the past. Instead of finding excuses and blaming it on our part I have expected different answer to my feedback. It makes your customer service rating even lower at this point. The two pillows were brought up to our room late afternoon and towels left on the floor, were changed - probably by the reception staff. The blame for the inadequate service seemed to be placed on me as the guest, which left me quite unhappy.

Well, Puro Wrocław - few things still to improve in my opinion. Until...

I really enjoyed it. From the first moment to the last. The first thing that impressed me is the atmosphere of the hotel, you can see the practicality, yet comfort in one and a deep interest in art. While the space has a modern feel, it doesn't blend in with the generic environment of most hotels you've ever been to and will be in. The location is absolutely superb, close to the parking garage and in the absolute heart of the city, which is why arriving at the hotel through a local alley evokes pleasant emotions - like a welcome. The lobby with its natural light and breakfast area overlooking the courtyard, garden and natural lighting whets the appetite. In general, a decent writer could write a book about the breakfast, its menu is extensive, tailored to the hotel guests' sweet tooths and any dietary restrictions - such as gluttony, gluten, etc... we know the drill

The rooms are cosy, just right for a pleasant night out, an interestingly laid out space where the time you're supposed to spend at the hotel is actually enjoyed. I like the work with the space.

You can choose the firmness of your pillow, customize your blankets... whatever you want.

In conclusion, I'm writing in a pleasant lobby that invites an evening of relaxation or a light morning's work, and I feel like I'm getting the hang of it, so what more could you ask for.

I noticed with imnoha elements of modern art and interest in art, which perhaps belongs to Wroclaw as such and imprints itself in the atmosphere of the hotel's environment. It's great. Interesting books in the lobby and novel paintings and prints in the rooms. Everything just feels complex and unified and for me like a balm for the soul.

Thanks to all the staff, relaxed, kind, smiling, helpful, sharing

I have just returned from a 4 night stay at the hotel.

One of the main reasons I stayed in a hotel, rather than an Airbnb was because I wanted good air conditioning.

Room 331 was uncomfortably warm. The temperature was controlled via a tablet. As soon as I checked in, I changed the temperature to the lowest setting (see image). The room remained warm with little to no airflow. After one night I spoke to staff on reception. I was told that they would do something about it and also said they could maybe get me a fan (and to come back the next day if nothing changed). Nothing changed and I didn't want to complain again (it felt very awkward the first time).

My bathroom was very badly designed. The shower did not have a shower door so I had to aim the shower away from me to try and stop the water flooding the entire bathroom. This made it very difficult to comfortably have a shower. Even with me trying my best, with the shower aimed away from me; the bathroom filled with water, every time I had a shower. This then made it almost impossible to use the toilet until the room had been cleaned each day. I had to lay multiple towels down on the floor to try and stop the water getting into the bedroom. Water did make it out of the bathroom a number of times and made the bedroom floor slippery. A shower door and a better shower fitting would solve this problem.

The staff were friendly. The location was great. The free coffee was a plus.

The poor air conditioning and shower were a...

Having stayed at a PURO hotel before, I had an idea of what to expect in terms of service and facilities, and Wrocław PURO didn’t disappoint. Rooms have chic and functional decor, with USB charging point next to each side of the bed. There’s even an HDMI port on one side for you to connect your device to the room’s large TV. Lighting, air conditioning, and the TV are controlled from a wall mounted Android tablet. It can even be used to call down to reception and order room service. One thing to note about the rooms is that it can be noisy on the street side of the hotel. Whilst it’s generally a quieter neighbourhood, I was still woken up on several occasions by people leaving restaurants opposite, and by early morning garbage collection trucks. Other nice services that are included in your stay is free use of the coffee machine in the reception, a guided city tour on Saturday mornings, and twice weekly yoga classes at a local studio a few hundred meters down the road.
