Super cozy restaurant, best place to eat in Zakopane, absolutely loved it. 5-star service: waiter is always smiling, looks happy and friendly even if you come at 11pm, knows some words in many languages and speaks smooth English. Main course of this place is pizza - there is a wide range of these not too overcrowded, classic Italian-style round dishes which are served very quickly. During the summer you can see the pizza man making pizzas when you walk by. There is a nice choice of cocktails grouped intuitively (like "sweeter ones"). There is a room for kids to play. You can sit inside or outside. This is absolutely the place you want to stop on your way back from the mountains to Zakopane.

The Cappucino was very good with proper blend of coffee. The Nachos with cheese toppings is a different taste. The prices were very reasonable and this qualifies it for the complete * rating.

I have ordered Capricossa with sweetcorn and my husband went for La Playa with ham, salami, red onion, mushrooms and pancetta.

Dżizas.. czytam opinie poniżej 4 i nie wierzę, ale być może to złośliwa konkurencja. Od 2015 roku, gdy przyjeżdżam w Tatry to nie widzę innej możliwości jak tylko skorzystać z gastronomii w La Playi. Pizza typowo włoska więc na CIENKIM cieście (jeśli ktoś nie docenia kunsztu niech sobie kupi polskiego grubasa na drożdżach byleby kałdun taktyczny zapchać). Obsługa przesympatyczna, zawsze uśmiechnięta. Lokal - jeśli ktoś oczekuje kapeli góralskiej i typowo góralskiego wystroju to nie tutaj, niemniej dla chilowania i nie tylko miejscówka idealna. Położenie to już w ogóle atut w mej subiektywnej ocenie gdyż znajduje się daleko od krupówkowego zdarz się często, że i chamstwa społecznego. Idealne położenie dla osób wracających z gór - czy to wspinu, biegu, trekingu czy innych zimowych aktywności. Polecałem i będę polecał ten lokal i nie brałbym pod uwagę opini typu cienka pizza bo jest to ukłon dla kogoś, kto nie zna smaku włoskiej pizzy. Pozdro dla Kingi...
