When I was still going over the menu the waitress came to take my order. I kindly asked her to come back in a minute but she kept waiting at the table. I think the lack of English of the waitress was the problem, but it felt impolite. I ordered soup, bread and tuna tataki and a beer. Read moreI had a reservation for 9 people, but when we arrived, 7 people had already taken our spot, claiming they were expecting 9 but now only had 7. Ofc this wasn’t true, and it became an issue because the staff didn’t verify the name on my reservation.
The atmosphere and food could have been good, but in our case, it wasn’t (chips were raw). We had to rearrange seating with chairs from the terrace and wait for food without proper glasses and plates.
Please start confirming names on reservations to avoid such problems...
