O Gandim is a cozy restaurant located on a quiet corner in the old town of Évora, with around 10-12 tables, which gives it an intimate charm.

What stood out to me was not just the quality of the food but also the genuine hospitality from Ana and the rest of the staff, which added a personal touch to the meal.

This chef has a great future ahead! They were also very friendly, the first night we came the restaurant was actually full but they managed to fit us in anyhow. If we are ever back in Evora, O Gandim is definitely the place we will...
