I must admit, my surprise and apprehension at the clash of this trendy eatery with the medieval ambiance that envelopes the rest of Óbidos.

All of that disappeared as the first bite of the shrimp laden first plate melted in my mouth. It evaporated my taste buds absorbed the savory potatoes and pork, and was all but forgotten as I cut into the roast and croquette. A fantastic meal punctuated with chocolate bark and some vanilla pudding/pastry.

Unfortunate, did not observe more people willing to try this place. Came here as I’m one to enjoy simplistic tasting menu that changes weekly. Found restaurant to be exactly as anticipated!
