Acqua — Restaurant in Albufeira

As most of beach restaurants and cafes in Albufeira, you have to be hungry like wolf to eat there. Food was really plain, no taste or any quality goods were used. Ordered from children's menu was really disgusting to eat, tasteless French fries and chicken nuggets. It looks like they don't want that families with children visit their place. I would never offer my kids anything that low quality at home. The cafe is very pricy, pasta 10-15€, main courses up to 25€. Children's menu 5€. Together with the fact it was worth 0.50€. To compare, pasta in Algarve shopping I ate for 3.90€ , was remarkably better taste than their 9.90€ dish. But the stuff was good and mostly English speaking. But we'll never come back because of that disgusting...

Enjoyed a lovely family lunch here after a morning spent at the beach. Staff were very helpful, accommodating all our requests. The high chairs are not the best however our almost 2 year old managed fine on a normal chair. Would recommend they invest in some of the cheap ikea high chairs for example.

We had the mexicana pizza, carbonara, garlic bread, fries and ice cream for the kids. Agree with other reviews that the fries are a bit greasy so that could be improved upon, however the pizza was excellent and the carbonara also landed well with everyone. I think it probably did have cream in it so not traditional but very tasty.

Ended up here two nights Whilst holidaying as there was something to suit everyone in our family. Great service. Friendly and helpful and fun with it. Our girls asked to come the second time as they had enjoyed it so much the first. Steak tender and outstanding and spare ribs best I have ever had in my life without a doubt. Loved it and would come back here again and again.pizzas and steak and chicken and spare ribs and hamburger all Sampled. Daughter says outstanding pizza. Little one burnt her lips on chili’s and they immediately arrived with milk. Thank you. Sorry no photos. Scoffed the lot then thought about it. Great place and...
