We got there at 2:07 and they gave us a table at 2:53. While we were waiting in line no one from the staff approached us to let us the waiting time. The problem is that there were many empty tables but rather than cleaning them and seating people the staff was just standing around not doing anything. after almost 40 minutes we were the ones that asked why they wouldn’t let us sit in the empty tables and only then they got the table ready for us. I want it to be clear that the restaurant was half empty, and the majority of people there were waiting in line for a table for almost an hour. They got our order immediately, but they forgot to bring cutlery and we had to ask for it after our food was brought to the table to two different waiters. the food arrived after 45 minutes (we ordered chips, a salad with chicken and a wrap, which got there cold) which is way too long for the dishes that we ordered. When we arrived, no staff greeted us until we approached them. It took 15 minutes to receive a menu, despite the late afternoon hour and the restaurant being quiet. We had to request the menu ourselves after another waiter ignored us while passing by with food for another table. Our food arrived before our drinks, and the food itself was mediocre at best for the price. As a frequent Hilton hotel customer, I found this to be the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. Before my wife finished eating, a bar staff member asked if we were done and abruptly took both of our plates. I requested the bill from this staff member, but he returned to the bar, ignored my request, and continued making drinks. When I asked for the bill a second time, a staff member named Fabiano, who had been incredibly rude throughout the service, responded with an attitude and conduct far below the standard...

Chicken peri peri was ok but the sauce was too watery, and it’s only chicken thighs (would be good if the menu said that). The beef burger was oily and the bun ended up soggy. For the price, the food is underwhelming. I understand the location, but still not great value. Also feels odd that a beach restaurant barely has any fish options.
