I went to Blend Restaurant in Quarteira with my family to celebrate my mum’s birthday and it was absolutely beautiful and I would 100% recommend it.

The Food — A full 10/10. Every dish was a delight, with flavours thoughtfully balanced and beautifully plated. The menu had a lot of options for everyone to choose from. We left there full as you get delicious and filling food.

The Service — Another perfect 10/10. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They made us feel relaxed and well cared for from start to finish, adding a personal touch that elevated the entire evening.

The Location & Ambience — 10/10 all around. The setting is effortlessly chic and modern, with sophisticated décor that blends elegance with comfort. It created just the right mood—refined yet relaxed—perfect for a special family celebration.

The Views — 10/10. Overlooking the serene lake, the views were simply stunning—serenity and sparkle perfectly captured the sunset light, creating an unforgettable backdrop that complemented the meal beautifully. Our dinner booking was for 20:00 PM so we got to see a beautiful sunset. I would love to come back here again.

One of the most incredible dining experiences that we had in the Algarve so far. Living here already for some years, and suddenly discovering this gem has been such a surprise. The setting is idyllic, on the lake, with nature all around and such a tranquility. And what elevated the experience even more was the incredible food. The dishes were prepared and presented with care, and the ingredients had real quality, that makes the difference. We are the best sushi we ever had and then passed to the meat that was so tender and tasty. Drinks were absolutely dope, and closing with such interesting chooses for sweets made us definitely wanna come back....

Blend is my new favourite restaurant in Vilamoura! I have been coming to Vilamoura for years and never knew this place existed. It is upmarket, so I won’t say it’s cheap, but not crazy prices especially for the quality you get. 10/10 for the view / setting. 10/10 for the food. Incredible sushi and steak. Such a great combo for starter and main. Great wine. 10/10 for the service. Staff were very friendly and passionate about the food / concept.
