We have been in Vilamoura for a week and eaten at supposedly highly-rated restaurants. This place has been the best by some way. We visited twice - had a lovely catch of the day dish the first time and the 1.8kg of steak (ribeye and sirloin) the second time. Both were outstanding - beautifully cooked and presented, full of flavour. They are just on the edge of the marina and have less footfall as a result, but really deserve your hard earned money more than most of the restaurants in the marina itself. We chose to visit Rumaria based on the reviews so we only thought it fair to follow up with our own: believe the hype! Everything about our experience was excellent. Our waitress was friendly and attentive, the food was of a very high standard, and the atmosphere was buzzing without being intrusive.
