Sky Valley Vilamoura — Restaurant in Loulé

First of all, it's important that you all know that we got sick for two days because fish was not fresh, but I'll describe the entire situation: We made a reservation that they confirm at the same call, when we arrived (20h30) we were told that we should leave our table until 22h00 because they had another reservation to our table (we were not warned when we made the reservation and we made 100km to get there). At 21h50 (after waiting more than one hour for our food) they refused to bring another bottle of wine because our time for the table was over. We called the manager that was incredibly rude and talked to us without any education and without a mask or any other protection (he was like 50cm from us), some security team people also didn't have masks. Because we asked for the complaints book, they locked us (and all the other customers) inside (we had already payed at that time) and tried to intimidate us, situation was only solved when we said we had already called the police. All the evening was a nightmare. Never go to this restaurant, is not higienic (we all got sick for two days and spend entire night in the bathroom), is not covid free, is incredibly expensive and has the worst service I ever seen in my entire life. Our friends made the reservation and we went to join them for what we hoped would be a lovely evening out. Upon arriving and no one at the door we made our way to the table as our friends where already seated. We got a few meters to the table and waved at each other, after the hostess sees this she makes us go back to the front door even after explaining that we are in that table and asks us the name of the reservation (we tried but actually didn’t knew in which name the reservation was) even tho she knew exactly what table it was she refused our entry without guessing the correct name. Rudest hostess I have ever encountered in her mini power trip. Staff is lacking service, drinks are mediocre and food is quite alright.

They pretend they are fully booked but where only at 60% capacity.

This place knows exactly what they're doing and it's ripping people off.

Instead of my cocktail, the waitress brought me a gin and tonic.

Instead of fresh sushi, I got tasteless fish and fake sour cream on top of it? Felt like the chef has no clue how to make sushi, and decided to take a go at it for a laugh.

Instead of a juicy steak, we got what felt like more fat than meat.

Overall, I wouldn't have been disappointed if this place just charged the equivalent for their bad food. Instead, we had to go out for another meal...
