I would like to warn everyone concerning this restaurant.
I went to the restaurant during my holidays this Thursday for lunch.
I was looking for a salad and i saw a « Watermelon salad » with many ingredients like salad, cheese, tomatoes.. written on the menu.
It was not in the appetiser category but in the menu category, it is important to mention it.
I let us see the picture of what I receive which is for them « a salad with many ingredients» that costs 12€ !!
This is a plate of watermelon only with three or four little pieces of cheese. I call this a scam, a robbery and dishonest.
I would not have make this comment, if they have been sympathic with me, but when I say it wasn’t a salad and that I will not pay 12€ for a watermelon in a plate, the server tell me : “ So what would we do?“ like if it was my own responsibility to find a solution. What a shame !
Just after that, I asked for more salad as a minimum because there is almost no salad and to expensive for only pieces of watermelon and, he finally come after 20mn of waiting with a mix salad that I had to pay !!
and what's more, he made fun of me in front of me with his colleague for asking more salad !!
You're anything but professional, it's just marketing, it's pretty but the portions are ridiculous and the prices are sky-high, you're not a restaurant and Portugal isn't Monaco, so it's a disgrace and a rip-off!
In short, I don't recommend it, go the other way, other restaurants just next door with a view of the sea will be much more welcoming, warm and with larger portions.
For example, I would recommend the restaurant La Casa del Mar, which is much more respectful there and has a view of the sea juste near this restaurant.
I hope that the restaurant will take into account these comments and the lack of respect shown by the waiter, it is important to remember that a restaurant can’t subsiste without clients, so take care of...
Read moreExtremely disappointing experience, mainly due to the poor attitude and unprofessionalism of the manager, Tiago.
We had just finished what was otherwise a nice meal and were enjoying a final round of drinks while playing a quiet game of Uno at our table. Out of nowhere, we were rudely rushed to finish our drinks and abruptly told that we weren’t allowed to play a card game — apparently because there was a queue outside.
Tiago’s approach was completely unnecessary and left a really sour taste. There was no courtesy, no polite explanation — just a cold and dismissive attitude. He made us feel like we were an inconvenience rather than valued customers.
It’s baffling that a manager would choose to behave this way, especially when we were doing nothing disruptive, just calmly wrapping up our evening. It wasn’t busy inside, and the request felt more like a power trip than a practical concern.
Frankly, Tiago’s attitude ruined what had been a lovely evening. It’s shocking how someone in a managerial role can lack such basic hospitality and people skills. Definitely won’t be returning if this is how the...
Read moreFrom the moment we stepped into Terrazzo, we knew we were in for something special. The ambiance strikes a perfect balance between upscale and inviting—warm lighting, tasteful décor, and a relaxed yet refined atmosphere that immediately set the tone for the evening.
What truly elevated our experience, however, was the outstanding service provided by our waiter, Adir. From start to finish, Adir was the epitome of professionalism: attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely passionate about ensuring we had a great evening.
The food itself was spectacular. Every plate that came out of the kitchen was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. Whether you're into seafood, pasta, or something more adventurous, Terrazzo delivers across the board. The freshness of the ingredients and creativity in each dish speaks volumes about the kitchen’s talent.
Terrazzo is the kind of place that doesn’t just serve a meal—it offers an experience. Thanks to Adir and the entire team, this visit was unforgettable. We’ll definitely be returning soon—and asking for...
